Tree knocked power out at older home. Not only did they come out immediately in the middle of a storm and fix, but followed up next day to make sure PG&E connected us back up. When they found out no and we had to wait, they continued to follow up w PG&E and we were connected within a few hours. Top service, will recommend and use again.

Incredible service! John and Brian are the nicest gentleman and they came to save the day before we ran into a Thanksgiving hosting ""emergency""! We needed to install a higher power outlet for an ADU so our out of town guests had lights and heat. I was so worried since we've had terrible service with other electricians and others were quoting a week+ just to come LOOK at the job, not to actually do the install. John and Brian not only got back to me the same day but were SO KIND to fit a stop into their busy week to make sure I was taken care of. They took care of pre-inspection via text photos to make sure they had everything they needed, brought me an extra heavy duty extension cord so I wouldn't have to order one, showed up FAST, got my install done within 30 minutes, and even had a labeler for a clean, professional, and organized job. I'm FLOORED... and now powered! :)

When multiple breakers and the main toasted and took out all power to my house, we were left without water and were in a very precarious place. I called John and 30 minutes later he and Brian arrived. 40 minutes passed and the job was complete. And this was on a Saturday!They are virtuous, responsive and just great people.

John and Brian are the best. We recently had a problem with a short in the wiring to our well. John was the only electrician in the area that actually came out, gave me an estimate, was here when he said he would be and was able to locate the source of the problem and fix it promptly. I also think that he charged me very reasonably for all the work that he did. I have complete faith in his business and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.
