Excellent work from Johnny.

First, he was local to my area so that's a plus for upcoming projects and repairs. Called him during the Christmas season, told him about the electrical repairs needed, he gave a reasonable, rough estimate for cost of the work.

We set an appointment for him to do the work and he was very flexible, adjusting to my work schedule. He arrived early, checked out the issues, fixed them, was courteous enough to answer my questions while he was working, and even found some incorrect wiring that he fixed.
He did need to make a Home Depot run for a few things, and I asked him to get some new light bulbs which he did and saved me the receipt.

Paying him was very easy via electronic payment too.

Johnny knows his stuff for electrical work since he has many years doing that, along with general handyman work. Will definitely use his services again.

I like how he is a one man show, honest, experienced and easy to talk to.

It was such a pleasure having Mr. Johnny out at our home during the busy holiday time frame (day before thanksgiving) and fixing our sink for us. Our sink fell down and with no knowledge on how to fix it, I sent out messages to get quotes. Mr. Johnny was professional and quick to reply. During his work here, he was very focused and able to let us know of another problem we weren't aware of. He took his time to show us the problems and he also showed us the end product after he finished working. I had Mr. Ramirez & his partner put new flooring in my trailer. I had them demolish the floor. They installed new flooring and reinforced the foundation under the house by putting in new beams & joists. My floor was cupping and sagging in a most places and they shored it up. So happy with my new floor!! Now my trailer looks new! They gave me a reasonable price, were very professional, always on time and were friendly!! I recommend them and if I had it to do all over again would use this company again!!
