I've been looking for a dependable, honest electrical company for years as no place has been able to fix my issues. I found UES, saw some good reviews and gave them a call. My first surprise was that Dennis, the owner, answers the phones! I explained my issues, made an appointment and the technician was early as promised. Jose was polite, professional and patient as I ask a lot of questions. He fixed the issue, performed some preventative maintenance and ordered parts to permanently correct. I called to follow up and Dennis (who knew all the details of the job) explained some other measures we should take, he is even working on getting some better prices. If you are looking for an electrician give UES a call, you won't be disappointed.

I was selling my house last year and needed to replace an old Federal Pacific board prior to buyer's inspection. Dennis, who is THE MAN, and his team got the job done professionally, quickly, and at a price I didn't imagine could be had. A side note: I did the permit pull myself and when I went in to order the final inspection the clerk told me to remind him he was a week out from needing to renew his annual fee. I was so happy with his services and fees, I didn't think twice and paid the fee for him then and there. Inspection the next day passed in five minutes.

I called Universal Electrical based on their Yelp reviews. I needed a good electrician to come check some suspect work by another electrician that was causing my dimmer switches to flash on and off throughout my house (common neutral interaction). When I called, the owner himself answered and listened to my description and discussed possibilities for what the problems could be. I was so impressed that he took the time, that I arranged for one of his electricians to come out. Bryant was very smart and a good troubleshooter, gave me explanations, and cleaned up thoroughly. I had absolute confidence in him. Net result--we found and corrected all the problems. Universal Electrical is my go-to electrician now. Have it done right the first time!

Dennis and his team are fantastic!!! My bf and I live on the West Coast and have a place in WPB with temporary tenants in place and right into their second week the electricity was having issues. Since our property manager was useless I had to utilize YELP in hopes of finding someone and Universal was it. Dennis was able to get someone out there ASAP and the issue was fixed immediately!!! The team is honest and caring and completely trustworthy to answer all your questions and take care of your electrical needs!!! I wish more people use YELP on the East Coast for their everyday needs besides dining because YELP is really great and useful.

I received a phone call from my tenants Wednesday saying that the electric in the living room was not working. I am always weary to trust companies seeing that I live in Georgia and can't be present for the repair. I called Dennis Wednesday and the repair was made Friday morning. I needed a circuit breaker replaced. Dennis was professional, courteous, and accommodating in regards to working with my tenants to find a time that worked best for them. I recently had a tenant move out unexpectedly from one of my investment properties and was lucky enough to find a new tenant very quickly. While my contractor was in there getting the place ready for the new tenant he found some strange wires and didn't feel comfortable messing with them. I called Universal Electrical Services and they got someone out there that same afternoon, diagnosed the issue and came back early the next day to make the repairs. I was so nervous that I was going to have to delay my new tenant moving in but because of their quick response time, no time was lost. They did a great job. My contractor was super impressed with the work they did too and assured me that the electrician on the job was an expert. The price was super fair and the service excellent. Called these guys out to repair lights that haven't been working. They rewired and repaired the lights great! Next day switch is making noise, the owner says after making me wait a week for someone to come out ""that is not included in the repair"". I find that response ridiculous, charging me extra to come and fix the problem I originally asked them to fix! You would think the switch to turn on the freakin lights is part of the repair?? Started off good and ended bad, I wont use them again!
