I'm not finished with everything yet . I bought a foreclosure and needed electrical work done ASAP . They literally came out the next day . They were very efficient and detailed and so far the prices are good ,( he knows I'm a teacher and can't afford too much ). Literally EVERYtime I've called to get work done with this ,( as I've said we are still doing stuff ), he has answered right away and sent someone out right away . He explains everything he is doing in detail . I've been very impressed so far as I've had problems with literally everyone else doing the work they are supposed to , but not him or his company . Really , if you need someone you can trust , this is the guy and company to call . When I'm all finished I will post again and with pictures ,( if I can ).

I called Dennis after getting robbed by another electrical company. I told him what happened and that I needed an appointment to help with an outage with the power to the dryer. He came out the next day and evaluated the problem and found the cause and corrected it within the hour. He is by far the most honest, knowledgeable electrician, I have ever met. He will be our electrician for family from here on out.

We lost electricity one night this past ""winter"" when we turned our heat on. Checked all our boxes and nothing would work to get it back on. Contacted Universal as soon as they opened and talked to Dennis who instructed us to reset the main box outside... Hubby did what he said and it didn't work. Wouldn't you know- at 8:30 am first thing in the morning - Dennis came to our house to try and reset the box himself, and it worked! Still don't know what we did wrong lol, but Dennis saved the day and I was so shocked that he was willing to do this for us when we were not existing customers or had ever had any contact with him or the company. Truly a great man and rest assured if we ever need electrical work done this will be the company I call!

I highly recommend Dennis and his team! We called them for a double tapping repair and he responded immediately and they came out the next afternoon. They were reasonably priced and even honored the quote even though the work was more than they anticipated. Dennis kept us informed throughout the process and on the status of the repair and send a copy of the invoice and photos after the repair. Dennis was extremely professional, worked early and late hours and he is now on my list of preferred vendors. I have also shared his contact information with other real estate agents! Thank you for a job well done and look forward to doing business again in the future!!

We throw a party every year that has grown exponentially year after year. With this growth came the need for more electrical outlets and wiring/electrical is definitely not something I would put my hands on! A friend of mine referred us to Dennis. I was a bit nervous about what this job would cost and having my house burn down from a shoddy job. Dennis came out and I immediately felt comfortable because his experience was apparent given the knowledge he shared. He was confident and entertaining to say the least. He finished our job sooner than expected. Worked clean, was on time and didn't take us to the cleaners. Oh and did I say he was entertaining? Great guy. I can see again!!! 4 out of my 5 recessed lights were out and I was on my last light in the kitchen. Thank goodness it was the one over the coffee pot :). Jose came to fix - took all about 10 - 15 mins and all my lights were back on - YAY! Punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. Informed me of what the situation was and possible future occurrences. Will definitely recommend.

I've been looking for a dependable, honest electrical company for years as no place has been able to fix my issues. I found UES, saw some good reviews and gave them a call. My first surprise was that Dennis, the owner, answers the phones! I explained my issues, made an appointment and the technician was early as promised. Jose was polite, professional and patient as I ask a lot of questions. He fixed the issue, performed some preventative maintenance and ordered parts to permanently correct. I called to follow up and Dennis (who knew all the details of the job) explained some other measures we should take, he is even working on getting some better prices. If you are looking for an electrician give UES a call, you won't be disappointed.

I was selling my house last year and needed to replace an old Federal Pacific board prior to buyer's inspection. Dennis, who is THE MAN, and his team got the job done professionally, quickly, and at a price I didn't imagine could be had. A side note: I did the permit pull myself and when I went in to order the final inspection the clerk told me to remind him he was a week out from needing to renew his annual fee. I was so happy with his services and fees, I didn't think twice and paid the fee for him then and there. Inspection the next day passed in five minutes.
