I spoke with Oswaldo this Monday. He assured me that he could and would do the job this Friday, today, at 8:00 AM. At 8:01 AM, today, Oswaldo text me asking if he could reschedule for tomorrow because ""his guy"" was a ""no call no show"". I called Oswaldo after I read his text. He sounded to me like he was groggy and still in bed. I had asked Oswaldo on Monday if he was a licensed contractor and he had said that he was. I asked Oswaldo to do the job, he refused. His reason ? ""I'm not around"". So if United Lighting & Electric's employee doesn't show, the the customer gets a no show out of United also. I prepped for this job, schedules were arranged etc.,

I was a little concerned when only one came in person to do an estimate, but Oswaldo answered all my questions and concerns. Plus he was the most affordable from everyone. They were extremely respectful, nice, clean, asked me thru the process of everything looked ok. Any further electrical tasks I will forever contact United Lighting & Electrical first!
