Our ceiling fan blew its motor last night and was giving off a burning plastic smell. We were concerned about the risk of fire because of a live wire connected to the fan in the ceiling that we were unable to turn off. Oswaldo was able to come out the same day we spoke, and installed our new fan for a very affordable price. Super nice guy and I could tell he was very careful with his work - it was raining today and he made sure not to track in any water into the house, and he covered his whole work area in plastic so as not to make any mess. We will definitely be hiring United Lighting & Electric the next time we need an electrician.

Kind, courteous (wore booties in the home), cleaned up well and was a price performer. His work is very detailed and clean plus gave us a referral for small patchwork. I needed to install new motion sensing light switches. Oswaldo was quick to respond and up front with a cost estimate that was far more reasonable than most others. He asked if I needed the work done urgently and when I said ""no"" he scheduled my appointment for the next day. Contacted me when he was en route and reached my location exactly when he said he would.

Wore boot covers and laid down plastic around the work area, cleaned up when he was finished.
