Really appreciate the quick response and great quote from Ben. In general, I would highly recommend people taking vendors who can give you quote based on pictures. That's not just a display of pure confidence and also usually such quotes are way cheaper. I got in-person quote from someone who quote me $1200 to replace a gate valve with a ball one. And another $700 for a regulator. 2 quotes I got from vendors on yelp who give quotes based on pictures are around 300-400.

Updating the review as the company was kind enough to call back and apologize on behalf of the employees which I appreciate. They also offered to waive the haul away charges as a result. Also the new toilet installed is working well so far. Hopefully such behavior is not repeated again with anyone else.

Yet to get the refund of haul away charges. Back to 2 stars.

My kitchen sink is clogged. Some plumbing companies don't provide service for condo. Fortunately, United Plumbing did a great job. The staff is professional and the serive is of high quality.

Great responsiveness, and great pricing. They came out to fix our shower cartilage with the part that was needed and were on time and efficient. The only hard part was that there was a language barrier and it was hard to communicate, other than that the service was excellent.

Great group of plumbers to work with; they quickly responded to my quote request on a Friday afternoon as I needed to replace two faucets in one of my bathrooms including both stop valves. I provided the faucet parts, they needed to provide the rest. The quote was fair so I selected them; they gave me the option of coming the same evening or next day (Saturday). That was awesome! They asked me for some pictures and then the plumber showed up on time, wearing a mask and shoes coverage. He was very detail oriented, did a super job and left the bathroom super clean after he finished. If I need plumbing services again I will call United Plumbing without any hesitation.
