I called United Electric and the tech Dominic was knowledgeable and figured out the electrical issues with the old lamp post we had from the previous homeowner. He was very helpful and explained solutions for our lighting around our home. The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend using them for your electrical needs.

This company is horrible. I heard the way they treated their employees while they were working on a job at my house. They treat them like slaves. Horrible service! Had to call another Electrical Co to complete the job right.

Service department coordinator was extremely rude. Scheduled two appointments, both times technician was more than an hour late, when I called to see where my technician was, service coordinator was extremely unhelpful. Only thing she would say was ""I left you a voicemail, I left you a voicemail"", when she clearly didn't considering she asked me for my call back number due to her misplacing it. Every time I call, I get hung up on, needless to say, this company is a whack job! Plus they have over a 19% mark up! Watch out everyone!

Came out to service my generator and tech took an hour and a half to determine my rotor was open by reading manual and testing lines. Bottom line was it cost me $200 to tell me I needed to buy a new generator.
