Called with an overhead light fixture issue and had an appointment set for the next day. A notification was sent immediately confirming the appointment and window times. Another alert was received just prior to the confirmed time updating on the tech's location and how far away he was. When he arrived he found the problem within minutes. He had to run out to get a specific part and rewire one switch to match another. The entire thing was completed within an hour. That's what I call efficient.

It's not the first time I've used United Electric. Fortunately I have them in my contacts.

Upfront and will walk you through the process and permits over the phone if you were interesting in knowing how to do it like I was thinking I would just do it. Jon and Miguel were great. We had a plumbing emergency and this company went out of their way to help us, even though our service request came in last minute, toward the end of their workday. The other plumbing companies we reached out to weren't willing to help in our ""crunch."" This company did - we totally felt their concern for us. In the evening after their regular appointments had ended, they could have called it a day. But instead, they articulated they wanted to make sure we were taken care of and didn't want us to go overnight without access to water (we had to keep our main water line turned off)! We so much appreciated their care & compassion during our crisis! Their care, concern, and commitment was so refreshing! They were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We will now ALWAYS contact them first for any future plumbing needs!
