Had an estimate for a small bay window 26 sqft construction. They wanted 12,500 just to put in an 8foot 4x10 header. It took me and another helper 5 hours from demo to install with hold downs. I guess that's the price for orinda residents

If you want a contractor that is in constant contact with you totally transparent and is available when you call then Cash is your guy at U.C.I.
I needed rotten boards replaced around my windows and a bathroom totally transformed. I went from an old bathtub to a walk-in shower. They painted and replaced everything. Manuel asked my opinion on even the smallest of details he said he wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. What a bunch of nice guys.
Once I told Cash the jobs were his he had workers her at 8am the next morning.
This will definitely be my go to company for any future home improvements.
Plus all his guys who came to work were always singing g or whistling and they always had big smiles. So I figure Cash has got to be a pretty good guy to work for.

Outstanding company to work with. Cash, Jose and team. They would so wonderful to work with. Super efficient, great communication and really on top it. They worked so fast and did such a beautiful job.

And go over things. The work they did was top notch.
We built a 6,200 Square foot house from ground up. Cash helped design, install and manage the whole backyard and front yard.
I will never use any other company for any home projects.

By far the best remodel ever!! We had our master bathroom remodeled. It turned out better than what I had imagined!! The cost and timeliness of completion was absolutely the best!! Cash and his crew were professional and most importantly they listened to our needs and concerns. They're hard workers and it was evident on how they truly took pride in what they were doing. I would recommend them to every person I know who's thinking of having work done in their house.

I was wanting to convert my bath tub into a walk-in shower. I contacted several companies and then I spoke to Cash with United constructed. The other companies wanted to charge too much wasn't satisfied with what they told me they could do for me. Cash was very hands-on and gave me a price that was very satisfactory and what I expected to pay. I met with him to pick out the tile, the shower door and the shower fixtures And he told me what would look good with what etc. I love my new shower is like a luxury shower at a spa. I couldn't be happier my family loves it to. It more than exceeded my expectations thank you so much cash Or everything you and your company is yet I will definitely use you again and again

I needed various repairs to the outside of my home (broken stucco, broken vent screens, broken gutter, roof repair). Cash's team did a great job with everything. They painted the house and the windows were beefed up with extra trim which really pops with new white paint. One gutter had to be re-routed and it was a puzzle - the first attempt was not to my liking so another crew came back to redo it. I really appreciate that everyone on the team cares so much to do the very best job and make the customer happy. This is my second project with United Constructors and I highly recommend them!

We hired United Home Constructors, Inc. to do a new patio, exterior painting of our home and putting together of a gazebo. I have a healthy respect for contractors who have to juggle jobs, crews and customers. Gable did a great job as our contractor managing all of our work. Will is an excellent painter and did a wonderful job on our house and Los oversaw the completion of our gazebo. All turned out very nice. We are very pleased! Thank you Gable, Will, Los and all!
