Had a new 26 panel solar array installed and Unique Electric Services was the company chosen to change out the circuit panel. Which was done perfectly. However my pool lights and surrounding outlets stopped working a couple of weeks afterwards. So I called Felix(owner) at Unique Electric Services and he remembered the job and gave me a couple of things to check. 5 minutes later all outlets and the pool light worked. Had I called another electrician they would have soaked me for $180 easy.
Felix is a stand up guy and is very patient and respectful and his work performed by his crew is top notch.

I am a home owner and would highly recommend Unique. We were remodeling our kitchen and definitely needed an electrician not a handy man. I received 3 quotes and chose Unique. The work was excellent. Felix has a very good crew all of them seemed very knowledgeable and they always left my kitchen very clean. Work performed raised 7 outlets to hide them on backsplash added electricity to island led lighting to bottom and top of cabinets. There was more work done but I wouldn't know how to explain. Something else very important to me is they are just good people. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Unique.

When you decide to redo the backyard, all kinds of necessities pop up from plumbing to electrical and more. Well, because of some changes in my hardscape plan, the electrical part was something i needed to get done and quickly. Everyone i called was busy and gave me two to three weeks. I was put in touch with Felix and he came down to look at what i needed. He was able to give me an entirely better window to do the job. That was worth more than anything in my situation. His crew came several days later and did a stellar job. Clean and quick. Just exactly the way i would do it if i were an electrician. Neat and with perfect down to the smallest detail. And at a very honest and reasonable price. Will use him for sure in the future. I recommend Unique Electrical for any electrical needs.

The team did quality work, not cheap. The warning I would give is that Felix did not communicate well. Projects discussed were all verbal and some things were not all done as desired. When asked to remedy things he got very defensive, mean and unapproachable and told me I was the one in the wrong. Example: I bought a fan and he hung it - found the light fixture still in the discarded box. When asked why he didn't check with me, he told me that I didn't say I wanted it and to hire a handyman to add it. Other issues too. Best let the man of the house deal with plan and negotiations.

Felix and his team are amazing! We bought a new house, which needed a new electrical panel. Felix was very flexible and understanding when dates changed. His team was very respectful and hard working. They were all very knowledgeable. Our electrical panel didn't have enough circuits so he ran a separate line to each bedroom for the eventual addition of air conditioners. He did what he could to help save us money, knowing we were on a budget. And he cleaned up some messy old electrical work that the previous owners had done. All of the work they did is so professional. I don't have a single complaint about Felix or his team. Call Felix. You won't be disappointed!
