Horrible company! They came in to my property after I specifically cancelled and charged me for a diagnosis. I cancelled 3 days prior and even confirmed cancellation day of. I told them I need to be there for the diagnosis. They charged my credit card and said they couldn't fix it.

Very shady company. Be aware! He came out. Hardly looked at my issue and charged me. Left without letting me know the issue. Was there u see a minutes. I had a remote and he could have asked for it instead of leaving. Very unprofessional.

Such a HORRIBLE experience. No communication at all. No one ever answers the phones and they do not return phone calls. They do everything through text, but only respond when they feel like it. We had a very small work order, but they needed to order a part. They provided no updates. I called and/or text EVERY DAY for a month and they never responded. Absolutely horrible company to deal with!

Unified contractors texted, didn't even call, to cancel my appointment less than 3 hours prior to my window. They claimed the technician was sick and couldn't make it.
Their lack of planning when a single point of contact is out sick is beyond unprofessional. It's a blatant disregard for the clients time.
I don't recommend them and they should be embarrassed for their customer service.

PLEASE BEWARE!!! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT HOME WARRANTY REPAIRS FOR POOLS AND BELIEVE THEM!!!!! I have never written a bad yelp review because I respect small businesses and stuff happens. However, If I could give this company zero stars I would. I figured since they called me the same day they were assigned from First American, the reviews were exceptions. I had the same experience. The tech did come right out and assess the problem. This was the middle of the 2 week 100 degree plus heat wave and he took my filter apart and left it that way. He did not send the report to First American Home Warranty for 4 days. OK - maybe he was busy but remember this is a heatwave, I am spending hundreds of dollars on chlorine and he knows my husband just had a stroke. That's my problem but the report was incomplete, however. I called every number for Unified regularly and the home warranty called and emailed. This went on for TWO weeks. I finally got the dispatcher to return one call in week two and she said she would check on it. We never heard from them ever. They don't answer or return calls. They all go to voicemail. Finally, in week three I got the home warranty to assign it to another contractor and had to start all over again. Don't ever let them come out. Make your home warranty assign someone else if you can. Don't get taken in by the early responsiveness.

Unified Contractors we're sent out by our Home Warranty company to dix a
ceiling fan. The repair man advised that the remote control wasn't working and removed the receiver in the fan as a ""courtesy"" stating he would have the repair approved and would be back later in the week to finish the repair. we were then advised that the remote/receivers were not covered. I understand that it isn't covered but now where I could have only bought a new remote I now have to hire an electricIan to replace the receiver back into the fan as no one from United Contraxrors is coming to fix the fan. This is going to cost me three times what it would cost to just purchase the new remote from Hunter Fans. very disappointing service

They were assigned by FAHM and came out late and never submitted report for equipment to be ordered . Phone calls are never returned. Horrible customer service !
