seriously professional and an expert problem solver. we needed dedicated lines at our Church house from our panel to some large appliances and we had a limited budget. Phong , the owner, was able to fit us in quickly to solve our problem. In the process he found a few things that were sloppy about our electric and he was able to fix the issues. We are in his debt for solving our issues in such a professional manner. On top of that Phong volunteered his time to give back to his community.

We were concerned about hiring a non-certified, not licensed electrician, random handy person which-- nothing wrong with that but something as important as an EV charging installation at home should require a professional expert. After extensive research and looking up the legitimacy of this business, Underrated Electric is the real deal: insured, bonded, certified, and licensed. We were hesitant at first because they seem like a newer company in the ocean of electricians but every decision for this transaction was well worth it and we couldn't be more satisfied going with them. I spoke to Phong several times--asking questions about the process, their qualifications for EV installations, etc. and I will say that he was very open and patient the entire time. Contact from beginning to end was efficient and consistent. I received an appointment in less than 24 hours after initial contact was made. Installation of a new photosensitive sensor in my driveway for nighttime lights was easily to satisfaction. Phong installed a higher quality sensor to increase longevity. Total cost was reasonable. I originally needed help remounting a new TV. However, when I saw that they were licensed electricians, I also wanted an outlet installed. I called and received a prompt call back. After discussion, we set up an appointment date and I received a very reasonable quote. Phoung was on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up completely after installing the outlets. The TV mount had to be moved due to the new TV size. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and I had the peace of mind that licensed electrician did the work. Will definitely keep him in mind for any electrical work in the future and recommend him to friends and family.
