Straight up grade A company!!
I sent a request and received an answer in less than a hour. I tried to explain the work I wanted to get a quote on and Fong asked if he could just come by the house at look so I said no problem.

I wanted to run power to my 12' X 10' shed in the back yard and to my surprise Fong looked at a couple of things and said no problem. He made a few suggestions like using conduit to for protection because it was an outside structure. We settled on a price and Fong set me a quote that night with an ETA of the following week.

Fong gave me a call when he was about fifteen minutes away so a could put the dog in the house and clear a path to the shed. About four or five hours later he was done and I was very satisfied with the work. And to my surprise he gave me a discount for being a disabled veteran

At the end of the day I would highly recommend Underrated Electric.

Fong is a great guy performing great service at a very competitive price.

Phong came out quickly to troubleshoot a failing outlet. It wasn't easy to figure out, but he found the mysterious hidden box in the attic where the wires were loose. The attic was very small and hard to access. I then asked him to add 2 dedicated 20 amp outlets with separate breakers to the kitchen. He surveyed the site and came up a solution that didn't require breaking drywall or drilling through studs.

Most importantly, Phong was easy to talk to. He doesn't frown when I asked him questions. He worked with my idea to come up with the solution that worked for me. He also taught me some very important things about my electrical panel and pointed out some wrong breakers that were installed incorrectly. Overall, highly recommended.

Phong was great to work with. He answered my request for quote on Yelp and gave me a honest quote and even had me call him to walk me over the phone to see if I can fix the outlet issue myself. I appreciate that effort vs just charging to come out to inspect it.

Overall, a new outlet was replaced for our washer and dryer and everything is working fine again.

I highly recommend Phong for any electrical issues you may have. He is fair, honest and very professional.

seriously professional and an expert problem solver. we needed dedicated lines at our Church house from our panel to some large appliances and we had a limited budget. Phong , the owner, was able to fit us in quickly to solve our problem. In the process he found a few things that were sloppy about our electric and he was able to fix the issues. We are in his debt for solving our issues in such a professional manner. On top of that Phong volunteered his time to give back to his community.
