Unbelievable is a wonderful name for this business!
The service, professionalism, and price was all unbelievably wonderful.
Let me start by saying I called several electricians before finding them on Yelp, and I was not pleased with the others, but I digress this isn't about the others!

From the very start I called at about 8pm on a Tuesday my phone call was answered right away. I was greeted with a pleasant voice and she was eager to help and hear what my concerns were. So I'm not an electrician so I explained the best way I could... lol probably wasn't the best but she got my point.
She explained that they were already booked for the next day but asked if she could schedule me for Thursday. Of course I said yes! Now here is where they won me over. She explained that she had already left the office for the night but said if I would text her the info she would contact me when she got back in the next morning. Ok fair enough.
Well the next day not only was I contacted to confirm the Thursday appointment, I was given a time window of arrival, sent a confirmation, and told the tech would call me about 30 mins before arrival. I confirmed our time frame and waited for our appointment the next day.

So today, Thursday (our appointment day), I had to go to work and was disconnected in meetings. When the tech was on the way he tried to call. Well guess what? I didn't answer the phone ( several phone calls might I add) and I just knew they had cancelled my appointment! But NOPE! They texted me and asked if we were still on! I snuck and texted in the meeting and confirmed that someone was home and they could proceed with the appointment.

The technician arrived and did some troubleshooting, gave my husband some scenarios of what he thought the problem was and what the fix would be! But wait! All of this cost ZERO DOLLARS!!! He then gave my husband the price (a very reasonable price) of the repairs, my husband texted me and we agreed on the repairs! He completed the repairs and tested everything worked properly before leaving!

Literally the most stress free and pleasant experience with a home repair!!!
