This review is for the excellent customer service Ulloa Electrical provided me. Thank god I didn't have to use his services after all.

It was a Sunday evening around 7pmish when our AC unit stopped working, random lights started flickering, some didn't turn on at all and our garage didn't open. I thought oh sh&t, here comes my bf with the ""why you gotta leave the AC on 24/7 at 65 degrees, you blew a fuse"".

As he was checking the fuse box and trying to reset them. I opened up Yelp and looked for an electrician, I called 3 electricians before calling Ulloa. He was the only one that broke down the price for us if he had to come on a Sunday for emergency work how pricier it would be, things we should try to do, leave lights off, don't open the frig and if we could wait till 6am the next day to save a few bucks. He wasn't trying to steal our money and placed human kindness before greed!

Fast forward an hour later all the lights went out in our complex. It turns out there was a small electrical fire on the electrical pole and Edison had to come out and shut off the electricity for everyone on that pole.

I text Ulloa to cancel our early appointment since it was an outage. Also got a phone call from him the next day to make sure everything was working properly. He honestly didn't have to do that.

Although I would have loved to worked with Ulloa, I am so thankful it was an Edison issue :) that saved me a few hundred bucks!

But for anyone looking for an honest electrical company please give Ulloa a chance!

Had my electric panel upgraded at my home. Great service. Great install.Great price. These guys came out and were very personable and knowledgeable. Walked me through the whole process and explained every step to me . Moving forward this is the only electronic company I will use. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants good quality work!!!

Its been long overdue this review , we needed a licensed C-10 electrical contractor for office work , this company do not meet any of these conditions , In his response he also says they are not insured or bonded ! , why the heck would we want to hire you then sir .

WOW talk about a honest and helpful person. I've been struggling for the last 2 days trying to figure out why my kitchen light wouldn't turn on, after doing a little troubleshooting myself and going nowhere I decided to give Ulloa Electrical Services a call. I spoke to Norbertho and after telling him the problem he asked that there was one other thing I can check only if I felt comfortable doing it and is a common problem for that part to go bad. So after replacing the bad ballast my problem is fixed. THANK YOU and you will be my first call for any future electrical problems.

The service was done professionally by Ulloa Electric service,The price was very reasonable, He was very honest and explains in detail how the job will be done,other electricians gave me a time line of a week,and ask for money upfront for the visit. I will ask for his services on other projects in the future.

Definitely recommend Ulloa Electrical Service... I randomly went on Yelp looking for a Electrician to help install a 6-20 outlet at my office to charge my car, Norbertho was quick to come by and assess the job. He installed in at a fraction of the cost everyone else was trying to rip me off for. Hands down honest guy and does a great job. Highly recommended!
