We had some serious electrical problems a couple of weeks ago and we contacted Ukiah Electric. They sent Mike out the very next morning and he resolved our problem and installed two outlets for us! He was thorough in his explanation of what had happened to our electrical box and that we should plan on replacing it in the next year or so. Honest, clean, fair pricing and simply great service! They will be working on our next project!

This company is full of BS! 1st of all they charged travel time from Hopland back to Ukiah for my dads appointment in Ukiah. 2nd they removed a Lug to replace with a new one, which their tech broke the new lug when tightening the lug. So now the company won't take their broken lug and put another one on. So they left a broken lug in the box and billed my dad for the service they made worse. And back to the travel time, my dads appointment was in the afternoon but the tech called my dad and asked to come at a different time because he was finished with his appointment. So I guess if you say ok they get to charge you from where ever that is, TRAP...he was out of town now they charged an out of town Travel time, to get back to Ukiah!!

I had some serious electrical problems last June and I found Chris from Ukiah Electric to be gracious, professional, helpful, and super at problem solving my issue. Not only did he help me on an emergency basis, but he also was kind enough to help a wild woman pulling over to his van at a stop sign to ask for help!

I can't recommend Ukiah Electric enough because their superior technician went above and beyond the call of duty and he was nice about it!

They are the best!
