I am more than pleased with the work of Uriel Garcia and UG Bay Electrical, Inc. I would rate their service at more than 5 stars if it was allowed.
Recently, I had the old knob and tube electrical wiring in my 80 year old house replaced by new wiring and found UG Bay Electrical to be skillful, smart, and capable in handling not only the job as requested but any and all problems that arose. They worked efficiently and cleanly, taking care to protect home furnishings from harm and flooring from getting dirty. They were able to work from the attic to the outlets without having to open holes in my walls in all rooms except the kitchen (the resulting hole was used to pass wires from under the floor into the attic space, was near the baseboard, and easy to patch with DIY work). They were on the job daily until it was completed. The customer service was excellent - Mr. Garcia returned all calls and text messages within the same day I sent them to him prior to commencement of the job. Kevin is a remarkably skillful assistant who found a problem in some contemporary wiring laid when the kitchen was remodeled years ago that could have caused a fire and fixed it without additional charge.

Our experience was really excellent and we very highly recommend UG Bay Electric. They did a great job rewiring our house to eliminate all the knob and tube, replace switches and fixtures. From the get go they stood out by their punctuality, good manners and professionalism. In order to accurately assess the job, they systematically checked the plugs and switches in the house and the wires in the attic and crawlspace. Their affordable estimate and accommodating scheduling made them the clear stand out choice. The workmanship and customer service turned out to be exceptional. They protected our belongings against dust and left the house immaculate every day when they left. They went out of their way to ensure for minimal cutting in our lath and plaster walls, this is no easy task in an old house. The whole team was pleasant and worked fast. When we noticed that work was going so well, we added extra items from our wish list that was flexibly and affordably added to our bill. I had Uriel add a main panel and rewire my 75 year old house. Everyone was professional and made sure everything was covered furniture and floors. They did an amazing job. Adding extra outlets with separate circuits, and even added recessed lights for all rooms which gives my home a nice modern look. If your in the need of some electrical work then you should hire EG Electrical They get the job done fast and pretty reasonable with prices.
I just like to add that I am a DIY person and elected to patch any holes created myself. They did such a good job covering up any holes, that I just needed a little bit of putty and paint. No need to replace any sheetrock.

Highly Recommend UG Electrician!

1)Very responsive and communicates arrival times clearly through messages.
2)Professional and clean work. We had eight recessed lights and four outlets installed. He charged a very reasonable price and did an excellent job, ensuring everything was clean after each task.
3)Yener and his team are very sincere, even checking the panel and fixing small issues for free.

UG Bay Electric is a licensed and bonded company that delivers big on service and quality. UG Bay electric are skilled, even keeled, efficient and systematic electricians.

We recently purchased a home in San Pablo. The home was built in 1940's and the electrical infrastructure needed updating along with new light fixtures. Uriel and his team installed all the recessed lights in our home and updated our subpanel. His team was able to complete the job on schedule even with the added change orders I requested mid job. He was always checking in to ensure we're on the same page and was diligent to double check his teams work. Even though our house was going through a renovation, he was mindful of the debris and still installed paper wherever his team worked. Each day they allocated time to clean up and provide a progress report. I've since commissioned them for other smaller jobs and they maintain the great quality work and customer service. I also appreciate that he takes the time to document the project scope, including the change orders.

UG Bay Electric will continue to be my go to!

Uriel and his brother were great! They came to do rewiring for our 100 year old house.
Uriel handled all the permits, contacted PG&E and set up the inspections. He also replaced our very old electrical box and updated with the new 200 w standard.
They were always professional, covered everything before they started working and took great care when cutting into the walls.
They installed new ceiling fans and even put in outlets for our detached out building.
I couldn't be happier with their work. They have a customer for life.

I needed an electrician to replace 2 circuit breakers at my rental property that were tripping due to rain exposure. It was a Sunday so there weren't many electricians working. I found UG BAY electric and decided to give them a call. Uriel as extremely professional and responsive. He was able to come out the same day and replaced both circuit breakers within an hour.
He sent pictures through the process and walked me through everything via text.
My tenants were very pleased with his work and professionalism.
