Had a great experience with Tim. I wanted to update my home with LED recessed lighting as well as new face plates and ceiling fans. We added two sconces in the living room, 4 lights per bedroom, a couple lights in the kitchen, and fan rated boxes for ceiling fans in the bedrooms,(fans to be installed at a later date by me). Tim and his team got the job done in a timely manner and I felt comfortable asking his advice on how to proceed with other electrical challenges at the house. Tim helped answer all my questions and found cost effective ways to get the job done for me. He left the lights slightly hanging down for me so that it would be easier to paint around them which showed that he was listening to where I was in the process of my remodel, and it was appreciated. Tim went above and beyond to meet my specific needs and answer my unique questions. He was realistic and I never felt like he pushed me to take the easy way out. We ended up adding a nice light for the garage to make it more work friendly at the end of the job.

One thing I wish I would have known was that I was expecting to receive white faceplates on the light switches and outlets because I thought that's what you got when you ""go modern"" as I kept saying loosely, well I didn't specify and I got bone/beige colored throughout the house. I didn't know any better but you live and you learn. Not worth complaining about for my future rental.

I would definitely give them my business again, and appreciate them making the trips to Oakdale to complete the job.

Just had recessed lighting put in our family room - we have a bonus room so there is no attic entrance because it is the floor to another room over the family room. They were able to put in my new recessed lighting with no damage or drywall repair needed. All other estimates I was told that I would need drywall repair work and painting done after. Some estimates were even higher. I would highly recommend Tymco Electric to anyone and will call them for any future needs. Just great work and attention to detail!

Worst decision I've made! Quoted me one thing and then overcharged and then made me feel like it was my fault???? Consumer beware as there are many other reputable companies out there so stay away from this one...
