I was in need of someone to install a 240V circuit and my EV charger. Mark was very responsive from the first message I have initiated and I appreciated he made time on a short notice. After exchanging some pictures and more information, he gave me a quote and his availability.

Although, initially we established something through messages, once he arrived we both went for a more elegant solution which made things simple and easier for both of us.

What I appreciated at Mark was his fast responses, his profesionalism and attention to details. He doesn't want to rush and he wants to make sure everything is working as expected. He is dedicated and passionate about each step of the project.

I also enjoyed a lot the conversations during the work he was doing - his mouth was talking but his hands were working at the same time. He was also nice enough to help me install a wall camera and gave me some advices/tips related to the issues I have with the fans.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work Mark has done. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a professional !

I can add my joy and 5-star review for work done by Mark Silva of Twins Electric to the many other delighted customers. I just moved into a new house in Brentwood, and needed something really simple: a 240-volt outlet for my table saw in the garage. I had tried using the same electrician who worked on the house during construction, but was unable to find a time when he was available (and willing; the job was too small for him). So I looked around for someone new. I like using a simple job like this to help gauge the quality of the work and how well the provider interacts with me. A positive experience means I've found a keeper.

And Mark came through with flying colors. His schedule is packed, and we traded phone calls, but to his credit, he found a slot at the end of one job and came over late, before heading back home. It took him maybe 20 minutes to do the job, and the quality was excellent (I'm an electrical engineer, but I always used licensed electricians for work on my home). Once the job was over, we talked about other things he could do for me, and about his work ethic, family, the community. He is truly a wonderful guy and I look forward to using him for some bigger projects in the future.

I can't say enough of how I was pleased with the service & work performed by Mark from Twins Electric. I found him here on Yelp & scheduled an appointment. I told him the scope of work, and send him pictures. He appreciated that I did that! When we started discussing the project on-site, he shared his experience and we made some slight adjustments. Like with other reviews, he answered questions that came up. He got the work done on the spot - which was AWESOME! I must mention as well - Mark is an all around GREAT guy and I will be looking forward to reaching out to him for future projects.

Mark performed a tremendous job with my request. I had him install two bidet outlets and an outlet for a network closet I'm building. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He also answered questions that came up. The craftsmanship was meticulous and he kept his area clean. I will definitely request future electrical work with Mark.

Mark is an electrical savant! No but on a serious note.. he did an amazing job educating my wife & I on options for our remodel and successfully completed (7) ceiling fan installs, recessed lighting up & down stairs & switches. He's not pushy, doesn't rush the job & ensures everything is proper. Good business. It's that simple. Thanks for everything Mark!
