I needed new circuits (not just outlets) in my screen room in the back, so I could have 3 new heaters there. I contacted several electricians, got several bids, removed the outliers, and evaluated the remaining 3.

I chose Twin Oaks because of their reviews and because of the great communication I had with Max on Yelp. He gave me several options, including how much each option would roughly cost. He was clearly very knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to interact with. Dylan came to actually do the work, and he was fantastic as well.

So, did they live up to all the great reviews on yelp? Not only did they live up to it, I think they exceeded it! I reserve 5 star reviews for folks that truly exceed expectations and go the extra mile. These folks definitely did, and I would highly recommend them.

When we moved to our new home, Twin Oaks Electric was quick to get us scheduled the next day after closing on our home to install a Tesla charger and our Ring Security System. The price was also great, the installer was on time and finished quickly. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Max was very quick to provide a quote WITHOUT insisting on a mandatory trip charge. Instead, he used technology to get all of the information he needed to provide an accurate quote. When we chatted on the phone about another electrical issue I had that I hadn't addressed, he ended up suggesting a likely culprit, which it was - that one I fixed on my own, but just goes to show he's not just trying to find ways to upsell you.

Max and Dylan both came by to do the install. Dylan was RIGHT on time, and knocked out an external outlet install very quickly while Max was on the way with the wire for my project. Once Max arrived, they knocked out the spa circuit install in short order.

Every other company I contacted insisted on an hour minimum trip charge to even bid the job - instead, Twin Oaks Electric is in the modern age and provided me exactly what I was looking for, and with great service.

Have used them multiple times now, Dylan and Max are the best. Had all light switches changed to Lutron Caseta, new outlets added, and old chandelier wiring removed from the ceiling. I'll gladly continue using Twin Oaks for my electrical needs in the future! Highly recommended.

We have been living in the Austin area for 6 years and have had a couple of electro and to our house during that time....but never like this! This is the first upfront, no b.s. pricing, affordable, and high quality work combined in one electrical company.

The electrician did more work in one hour, as promised, than it took others to do in 2 hours. Not only did he fix the problem with my GFI plug, he provided a solution that would fix my power issues in the garage for good! When all was said and done, it is high quality work and less than half in cost what I was expecting.

If you want electric work done, you can stop looking around and call Twin Oaks!
