The team came out and came up with an even better solution than what we had originally discussed. If we ever need electrical work done in the future, we're going to call Twin Oaks first.

Great experience! First time I used Twin Oaks. They were responsive to my inquiry and Max the owner came to my house to give the estimate. They were scheduling about a week out. On the day, the tech Dylan and his assistant arrived on time (early) and were courteous, fast, and professional. They cleaned up nicely after the work. Max came by during the work for an hour or so to make sure everything was done right. We had them replace a broken outdoor riser outlet, install a new twin outdoor outlet, and add an outlet in our kitchen pantry. All done great! We have found our new electrician.

I will admit that this was the first time in my life that I was in need of an electrician and Had no idea where to start nor did I know who to call first that I could trust. Going through Yelp made it so simple! Twin Oaks was the first to respond to my electrical issues and Max was able to come out the very next day! On 7/20, Twin Oaks technicians came to our home to instal lights and ceiling fans. When the technicians mishandled and broke our very expensive ceiling Max Panelo, the owner, promised to replace the broken glass or replace the fan, but has not responded to more than a dozen texts and voice mail messages. As of today, 9/14, this matter is still not resolved and we can only conclude that Mr. Panelo is a dishonest businessman. We will be filing a complaint against his Electrical Contractor license #502255 with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. If Mr. Panelo reads this review and wants to avoid this action, he should contact me immediately. David R.

I reached out for help with what I thought was a short in the wiring to my thermostat. Rather than taking my money and coming to check it out, Max suggested that I try cleaning out the condensate line from the unit, which immediately resolved the issue. I was so impressed with the integrity and helpfulness that I'll be using Twin Oaks for all my electrical needs moving forward.

Dylan and Max installed an outlet and moved a cat6 connection for us. They were very speedy, really friendly, reasonably priced, and super helpful (they even helped re-hang our TV using the newly-installed outlet).
