Poor problem solver with a bad temper. Tyler was not willing to work with me to get the tools and parts, he told me, I needed to do the job. Tyler told me I needed a lot of expensive equipment to fix the problem. His temper rose quickly, and I asked him to leave my house. I later YouTubed the scenario and was able to fix the problem myself, in under an hour, with only a few simple tools I already had, and a new purchased light. I feel I paid Tyler $200 to come to my house to belittle me.
