The WORST customer experience ever!!! I needed my attic fan replaced. The first visit, the issue was diagnosed, but the tech made a mess in my house. He dumped insulation out of my ceiling and tracked it through my house, got dirty fingerprints all over my ceiling, and did not even offer to clean up after himself.

I finally got a repair appointment. The agent complained about how busy she was, making excuses for why it took weeks to hear from her. Then the tech no-showed. I called every day for over a week with no response. Never got one, not even a text.Two weeks later, he showed up out of the blue and installed an incorrect motor that pulled the hot air from my attic into my house. More dirt/mess.

A new part was supposed to be ordered, but I never heard back from the company. I called and left messages, again with no response. I have not received even so much as a text from this company.

My home warranty company FINALLY stepped in, and the part was supposed to be overnighted to me so another company could install it. I was supposed to get a call or text last week with shipping information. This week, I got a shipping notice that the part will arrive in a WEEK. We will see if it arrives, and if it is the correct part.

I neglected to mention this repair has spanned July-September during my first Sacramento summer. I also will need to paint my ceiling.

This company was assigned to me by American Home Shield. Kris Schanz was the tech that helped my electrical issue. He was very friendly, arrived on time and knowledgeable with my issue. If you going to use this company I recommend requesting for Kris if possible!

My experience with Turner Electric started back on May 4th 2020. I went through my home warranty company to have a company come out and repair my pool equipment. The next day I received a call from Turner Electric and was scheduled for an appointment two weeks away. Turner showed up on that date and determined that both my pool pumps needed to be replaced. Pictures of the pumps were taken in order to order the right pumps. No repairs were completed on that day. At first they were calling and telling me that my pumps were on back order. This went on for months. At the end of July they called an said my pump was in, at that time I informed them that there were two pumps that needed to be replaced. I was informed that they didn't know that there were two that needed to be replaced and they would call me back. Guess what no return call. Finally, in August a tech came out without any pumps and evaluated the problem again. The tech said that the pool pump was leaking and tightened a bolt and solved the leaking problem on one of the pumps. He stated to me that he didn't have a pump for the pool sweep that was not running. I asked him to have the office call me, guess what no call from Turner Electric!!! I also had during this time contacted my home warranty informing them of this companies lack of customer service and completing a service. I put in another work call thru my home warranty for the pump to be replaced. Turner called me on 3rd of September and I explained the issue again at which time they said that they would get back to me. Today is the 16th of September and still no call back. This company is a complete FARCE!! They need their business license revoked!!!! They are a complete rip off only wanting to take your money and hope that you will give up and forget your contact with them. I strongly suggest you stay away from this company and don't waste your time and money. To end on a great note I insisted that my Home Warranty assign another company and I was assigned The A.V. Hawaiian Inc. I received a call from them the next day and was scheduled an appointment for the next day. A tech named Robbie showed up and had a pump on his truck ready to fix the problem. Robbie was friendly and very knowledgable related to pool equipment. Within a short time my pool equipment was repaired and running. Once again stay as far away from Turned Electric. If enough of us that are displeased with this company and use this avenue to express our dissatisfaction they will eventually will be put out of business!!

These guys came out and fixed our kitchen fluorescent lights. 5 months later they were out again. Our old ballast lasted over 25 years.

We called and told them the problem. The lady that answered the phone said someone would get back to me but they never did.

Horrible service as you have seen in the other reviews. Did not fix our problem and closed the ticket with AHS. Left at least five voicemails with no return call. Can't understand why AHS continues to use them.

This review is based on the fact that we made an appointment two and a half weeks ago, waited all day for an electrician and he never showed up. Our appointment was confirmed yesterday for today between 12:30-4, I called at 3:15 pm, and we were ""next."" Well, 6:00pm comes and goes and no show and no phone call. Office closed. My husband lost a day's pay so someone would be available for the entire window. So, it's back to square one. I've called our home warranty company and we have a new service provider
assigned. We'll see how that goes. Our plan now is to save our money so we can call whoever our neighbors recommend in these situations.

Really wished could give zero stars. Been three weeks now waiting for parts and contact from them under a home warranty program. Calls are never returned, voice mail messages never returned. Have called and complained to the home warranty company. Horrible customers service from this company. If you have a choice avoid them like the plague!!!

Update 8/25/20: The company took two weeks to make their initial visit. Surveyed the issue and said parts were needed, leak on bottom half of pool pump tank. I had tried several things to slow the leak while I waited the initial two weeks for them. Now they say (after 4 weeks of waiting for them to get back to me), that they are denying the claim due what I had done. Such BS!!! If you had been more responsive AND didn't take 4 weeks to respond, maybe just maybe, I would not have had to try and slow the leak myself. This company is just absolutely horrible!!!!

AHS chose this company to repair my pool filter.They sent an electrician..needless to say he couldn't fix it. I started this service call 6/30/20...it is August 11th and still no pool service. They never call you back, Cassie makes excuses as to why . The pool person they finally sent after 4 weeks didn't bring any parts even after I told them what kind and that I could send pictures. Between Tyrner and AHS this is the worst service I have ever received. Still don't know if they are ordering parts or ever coming back.
