We had Turner Electric come out to our home through our home warranty. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the work performed by the electrician. The electrician was a real genuine guy and was very professional. He explained all the work and very response with all our questions. Outstanding workmanship!

This company is shady. I have a home warranty. This name became extremely familiar. They came out three times for 3 different issues. Both times they reported the issue was not normal wear and tear so they took my $75 deductible abs fixed nothing. The 2nd time it was a fuse in the fuse box that a private electrician replaced abs was shocked that it wasn't fixed or at least explained to me by the Turner electrician. The 3rd issue they did the save thing. I was talking to a friend and she was familiar with this company too and explained the 2nd opinion option with the warranty and that's how she got her repair done Turner denied. I did just that, the warranty company sent the 2nd company and they told me they often get called for vendors opinion behind this company. Go figure it was a simple repair that was covered. I now have restricted the warranty company from sending Turner Electric to my house. I think it's horrible that they do business like this.

Don't rely on them. They don't return calls and when she does, she's rude. Our problem started when we lost power to half our house Interior & Exterior & a shed. We made a call to First American Home Warranty in the beginning of July. Turner Electric came out over a month later in August to replace a GFI outlet in the Kitchen thus fixing the inside outages. They said they will get back to us about repairing our circuit breakers causing the exterior lights & shed to not work. Never heard back. I followed up in mid September & they closed the work order for only a GFI outlet? They knew nothing about the rest of the house after they had already been out addressing the problem?? I had to follow up with First American Home Warranty & file another claim with another deductible.
Once I filed another claim, It took another 2 weeks for them to acknowledge a work order from the warranty company. The lady behind the phone was rude. Set up an appointment for October 4th. No call, no show!! I called for another week with no return call!! I called First American Home Warranty & they are not able to reach Turner Electric either.
After 3 months of only having half electricity capability & no resolve, this senior citizen cannot rely or depend on Turner Electric. At wits end, I've filed a BBB complaint & yelping.

We had some issues with a few of our electrical sockets and had Turner Electric was assigned to us through our Home Warranty program. Our technician Kris was professional, thorough and able to address all of my and my wife's concerns quickly.

I recently had a hallway light to go out that was that was very high up and Eric the technician came out and handled it with ease this company and this individual as well as the woman who operates and coordinates the office are very organized and structured well I highly recommend this company and honestly I'm very picky I'm not the easiest to get along with so this is saying a lot again this company is really good and I like them. The tall technician Eric again is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He took one look and pointed out exactly what was wrong ran to the store and my light was fixed before I could finish reading my chapter for school.

Agree 100% with other posts that liken these guys to a criminal enterprise with American Home Shield as their partners in crime. AHS sent them out to deal with an electrical fire in our garage so they came out the next day, took a look, said they needed parts and left, never to be seen again. Numerous phone calls over the next two to three weeks failed to light a fire under these losers and the story never changed (we're waiting on parts). Mind you, the breaker dedicated to our well pump had been damaged so we were WITHOUT WATER for this entire period of time. Did they give a rat's derriere? No, they could not have cared less, and didn't pretend to. As other posters have noted, phone calls were met with complete indifference or outright rudeness. Eventually we got tired of playing the game and hired our own electrician. Guess what? He found the needed parts in two days.
Turner Electric of North Auburn is without a doubt the sleaziest contractor I've ever dealt with in my life. Do not, repeat do not, allow them on your property. I further recommend that anyone considering AHS as a home warranty company find another insurer as they obviously have no scruples. We sent them a letter demanding $2450 for our out of pocket electrical repairs since their contractor left us high and dry (quite literally) and guess what? They paid us! Just the price of doing business when you take people's money and send scumbags out to their homes to screw them over.

This company are crooks and in with American Home Shield warranties who will deny every claim. They hire contractors like Turner Electric who lie, flat out lie for them so things are denied. CROOKS!!! Sent out someone from Turner Electric for a pool pump saying he was their pool guy. Opened the pump, took a picture after it was leaking 10 times more than before and gave a cement to my husband telling him to apply it. Lied and told American Home shield they never touched it. I would stand an video these crooks if they ever come to your home! Wish we did! They wouldn't even come back and fix what they made worse!!!

Home warranty sent us Chris the electrician and he was awesome! Very friendly and thorough. I was worried when I saw the bad reviews but realized they're mostly about pool issues. He also took the time to explain how to change out some switches if we wanted to go back to a dimmer switch or motion sensing switch in the future.

Horrible customer service. No words. Have use them in the past and they have been OK, but not anymore. They have been sent out through my home warranty company and a couple of occasions but are now one of the main reasons I am leaving my home warranty company.

So here is my story! I have had the worst luck with my mortgage insurance. I have never had luck with getting a good contracted vendor out! However!!! Turner Electric was FANTASTIC!! My electricity went out in my home. It's like 3 digit temperatures. I call and leave a message the night before (knowing they weren't open) but right when they opened, Kerry called me and began to look at dates and times to come out. So I proceed to share that my ac is out and all of the above health issues my mother in law has. She stops me and says, ""we are gonna take care of you"". Literally had a person at my door within a couple hours! Nicest tech ever! He was very professional and fixed us ! Lol. I'm so freaking impressed and happy with the service and caring compassionate attitude with me and my problem. Like I said.. have had much luck with my home insurance . You guys rock! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
