Terrible follow through, both when I called and left messages AND when I spoke to someone. My property mgmt also had a bad experience with them. They just flat out ignored the approved jobs. Very subpar service to their customers!

This company was assigned through my home insurance company. The scheduler was kind and professional but I was not informed of the time or timeframe the tech would arrive. Just the date. When I explained this to the tech when he called to tell me he was 10 minutes out, he was not kind about it. When he was here, he was unprofessional and rude. He also used my furniture to stand on without asking and when he needed to get to an area in the room where I was standing, he said, ""Move out of my way."" I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Customer Service was horrible. I was given the run around and told I'd be contacted with an update on the back ordered part I was waiting for. I called 3 times over the course of 3 months and never received an update on the part. Needless to say my issue was never fixed by Turner. Stay away from this company. If you're using a home warranty, request a different company if Turner is assigned. Save yourself the frustration ahead of time.

I was assigned Turner Electric by my home warranty company. 1 week after service request was generated, I received a call from the service provider to schedule an appointment. My email confirmation from the home warranty said between 8am -12pm. I missed the ""technician's"" call at 2:27pm, 3 minutes later I called the number back. He lets me know he was down the street and would be here in less than 5 mins. I greet him as he pulls up, as we are walking to the front door he makes an odd comment ""you just let random guys in your house?"" That comment should have been a HUGE red flag. He has no ladder just a small tool bag. (Mind you I have 10 ft ceilings, and he's coming to inspect a ceiling fan) I explain the concern with lampshade and explain I have a home warranty that lists ""Covered Item: Ceiling Fan. What is Covered: All parts and components. What is Not Covered: NOT APPLICABLE."" He then proceeds to say very negative things about the home warranty coverage. (Surprised that a vendor would talk negatively about their business partner)

I showed him to the room with the ceiling fan. He never made it through the door nor did he inspect the fan. (Yes, I have tape holding the lampshade in place to make sure it would not fall and break. Which would be another problem) But from 13 feet away from the fan, he can ""clearly"" see it's be ""TAMPERED with"" and is ""NOT COVERED."" Yes I put tape on to ensure it wouldn't fall.

Unbelievable! If I'm paying a ""service fee"" I expect to have the worker truly inspect the concern. Instead of just making assumptions.

The home warranty company should re-evaluate their partnership with this service provider.

American Home Shield assigned this company to come out for an electrical issue in my kitchen. The technician was polite, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained what happened and quickly had a solution. Part of the issue was user error (me) but he didn't make me feel like I had made a mistake. Thank you for the great service!

First American assigned Turner Electric because our central vac system is not working. Many weeks later Turner called to set an appointment. I explained that there is electric to the system but the system is not vacuuming, they said they will come out and see what they can do. The tech came out (who was very nice and helpful) but said he doesn't work on vacuums so he wasn't sure was he was sent to work on the system since we had already told them there is power to the unit. He confirmed there was power and said he would confirm with the office there is power but the system doesn't work. When calling to ask why after waiting all this time to have a tech come out they sent someone who doesn't work in vacuums the lady hung up on me. Unbelievably bad service (other then the tech) and still no working system. I'll follow up if anything changes.

Couldn't diagnose or fix the problem. Did put up 2 lights outside (15 minutes), left to go for ""parts"" (25 minutes), total time on job about an hour....charged $175, but worst part is he never figured out what was wrong.

This company is lazy, non responsive and rude. The lady that answers the phone is the rudest person. She acts like you should be happy they even took your money even though they don't do the work. Disgusting people. RUN!

They took so long to repond to the insurance company that they lost my file and a year later, i have to start over with a new company. And the lady was super rude. It was apparently my fault they suck so bad. If i could rate them lower than one star, i would.
