We recently had powered surge that blew out my thermostat to my central heating and loss of power to my living room and porch light. Called Turn Electric to schedule an appointment and Steve was the quickest to respond.

He showed up 30 minutes early on Saturday and discovered some wiring issues on lighting, which required access to our attic. Took a while to troubleshoot the issue, but he eventually got everything working again.

Steve is very passionate about his work and was communicative from start to finish. Price is very reasonable. Thank you, Steve. Definitely would us him again for any electrical repair jobs.

Unfortunately, thermostat issue is beyond electrical and couldn't fix it because he doesn't do HVAC, recommended that I called HVAC technician. It turned out to be bad transformer and few blown out fuses. Thermostat also needed to be replaced.

Steve is my ""go to"" electrician. He is fast, friendly, reliable, punctual and honest. His prices are also reasonable.

I called him AGAIN. This time, I needed four flood lights replaced with LED fixtures. He and his son arrived on time and got the job done in about 1.5 hours. He did a clean job and explained everything. He truly cares about his work and his customers.

So happy I found him many years ago. It's nice to have a reliable electrician on speed dial. :)

Can he give an honest and fair evaluation?
How soon can he be ready?
How quickly can he solve the problem?
And most importantly will he charge a fair price and not take advantage of the situation.

Today, we were lucky. We found Steve on the first call. He is all of the above and more.
As a result, Turn Electric is the first call I will make for any electrical problems. He is thorough in finding the cause (like a detective) checking each stage that could be affected.

He was avaliable to come on the same day, which I wasn't expecting, and the problem was solved in half an hour. He was very reasonable with his rate - and we were more than happy to give him a tip.

Simply put: he's the go to man for our electrical needs - thank you Steve!

Called Steve on Friday morning and he answered phone. I described my need for install of very old security light that was mounted around 15 feet off the ground. He made appointment to come and do the work that afternoon. He called before arrival and arrived on time. He did the work, including some trouble shooting due to age of old install.
