We just had John here for a radiant heat repair in the ceilings of our condo. John was awesome! Super nice, professional, thoroughly explaining in detail what was wrong with the radiant heating as well as walking us through a step by step process on how he would fix it! He even installed two new thermostats for us. We were really impressed. We had another electrician out who said the radiant couldn't be fixed and sure enough he was wrong. John had it repaired and working in less than 2 hours. He even has some awesome equipment that shows you the coils heating up in the ceiling after fixing and he patched the ceiling like new so you can't even see where the work was done. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others you won't be disappointed!

We were in an emergency situation. John arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed our old 1970's radiant heat (cable type) issue, located the problem area, broke the plaster, fixed the problem, repaired the plaster, and even gave us a new thermostat (for free). If we would have called a local electrician that didn't specialize in this type of issue, we would have spent thousands. We can't say it enough, John was a lifesaver and repaired the entire problem, including the patch work, in less than 1 hour!

Tugman radiant heat is probably the worst electrical company EVER. John Tugman will live and mislead you, keep you waiting, tell you anything, then never show up. He will not even call back as a professional courtesy to tell you he is running a bit late or act professionally and to be responsible in any way.

You will be very sorry if you use this mixed bag of sorted nuts to work on your heating issues! John Tugman made an appointment with me and he never followed up or showed up to the appointment. When I checked with him he said he had to take his meds and drive his wife someplace and made all kinds of excuses. Tugman is a wreck waiting to happen. Please don't let him happen to you and your property.
You will be very sorry!!! All he cares about is charging you for his ""service charge"" and digging on your pocket. He does not want to do the job. Please do not trust this company. They will leave you hanging!!!

John and Ricky did a great job on a complete new fan installation. Came on time and finished early. They were very professional. They do accept checks and credit cards if anyone was wondering. Definitely have an electrician for life!

I can't believe we finally found a company that can repair electric radiant heat!!!!! Josh and his asst Ricky came on time, found the break in lightening speed, broke the ceiling just in the place he needed to. About 10 inches, repaired the break and plastered it back up. You have to paint the patch later yourself. He even had to replace the thermostat and had it on the truck. And also had to do some small rewriting in the box which was unexpected to get it to work again. VERY HAPPY!! My mom has been without heat in her living room for 10 years since the electricians who installed the can lights cut a wire and apparently rewired the electrical box and used the wires to the thermostat for something else and couldn't fix it. I have been searching for a company who can repair Radiant Heat ever since. Thanks Josh!

I used this company for my home and my business. The last time I called Josh for my electrical problem he told me that he does not know how to fix it and I should call a bigger electrical company to fix my electrical problem. That's a little disappointing because I thought he was a licensed electrician.
But okay fine, I will get another electrician to help me. What I did not expect to happen at this point is for Josh to start sending me completely inappropriate and flirtatious text messages past midnight!! Not acceptable at all!
I will not tolerate being harassed by Josh in this way and will be getting a restraining order.
His inappropriate late night texts telling me how much he wanted to see me for Christmas, scared me enough to not come to my house on Christmas.

I just got a text from at 2am telling me that he knows where I live and he will be WATCHING ME!!

Very scary. Yes I will be reporting this to authorities and getting a restraining order.
