Wow. Unbelievable. I called Lewis twice and got nowhere. I had to hang up on him so was so difficult to converse with. He constantly talked over me, loudly and so fast I could barely keep up with him. Lewis did not even allow me to finish explaining my situation and went so far suggesting that I was a possible crook. I was calling on behalf of a friend trying to help him restore electricity, a problem caused by tenants that have been recently evicted.
I was desperately trying to learn more about the different pricing of the repairs (depending on what the tenants had done to the electric panel, etc.) before I drove my friend to Bakersfield for an approximately four hours round trip and paid for the work myself since my friend couldn't presently afford it.
(Unfortunately, perhaps Lewis will learn our situation from reading this review since he didn't have time to listen to me on the phone.)
