We turned to him to install additional timers and outlets to transform a bare-bones industrial space into a functional office for our laser equipment. Can you give less than a 1? and to Tucknott's response to a Yelp post in 2008; can I tell YOU ""we paid what we felt the result was worth"" Somehow I don't think that works the other way when it comes to HIM getting paid.

Bob and Sue are very professional, prompt, honest and very knowledgeable regarding electrical installations. It is hard to find reliable and knowledgeable professionals and we were lucky to have been referred to Bob. They go the extra mile. I wrote a review about the poor service of Tucknott and one of their service people. Since that time, the owner, Bob Tucknott contacted me and said how sorry he was about how it was all handled. He promised to correct anything and to always contact him directly with any problems. For that my lower rating goes up to a four.
Aside the actions of two of his people, all the other technicians have been good.
