Had our a/c put in 3 years ago and during that time they have been out at least a dozen times and maybe more --our unit had a split for the mother in law side and we have had nothing but issues--now totaling over 8k .. we've had several other a/c companies out and have all said the same thing --poor design, crappy workmanship, and just down right bad business..
All of these companies we're not told what the issue was but in the end all found the same problem(s).
Please if you live in Horry County do not use these people.. In the end you will be in the same situation..

While visiting my brother numerous times after new install of AC they had unit go down over and over again! Have never seen this happen and I live in Florida. Is this poor workmanship? Uneducated workers? I don't understand how a new unit could fail so many times and to have them pay again and again for parts and labor what a scam!

I've lived in my house for 3yrs and the last 2 my ac unit for upstairs has been an issue. They've been here multiple times and still my upstairs unit won't cool down. It just runs all day and the ""coolest"" it gets is 78 degrees. And no one ever calls me back. And it's still under warranty but I've spent over 1000s of dollars on it.
