Cheyne and his team were very professional. Cheyne and I discussed my project prior to his arrival, I needed an additional outlet installed in our nursery, and he gave me a reasonable quote/flat fee for both parts and labor. When his team arrived, they had booties on, ready to go. They worked very quick and clean. They made sure to keep everything tidy as they worked, which I appreciate. They were all very nice, and you can tell they were all very knowledgeable in their field. When they finished the initial task at hand, there was still time left in that first hour that I was paying for, so they helped with two other minor electrical related issues, and resolved them.

A few days later, we experienced a minor electrical issue stemming from one of the last fixes that was worked on, two light switches that had been switched, and a separate electrical issue in the nursery with a dimmer that we had never had prior to the new outlet being installed. Cheyne made an effort to send his team out within a few days to resolve both matters. I was very appreciative of that. They want ahead and fixed the light switch issue that had stemmed from their previous fix, but the other issue that we had in the nursery with the dimmer, apparently wasn't related to the new outlet that they had installed.

This next part was the only slightly negative part of the experience. Cheyne's associate went ahead and fixed that dimmer issue in the nursery, but did not express to me prior to doing so that he would be installing a new part, and that I would be charged yet another service fee for doing that. So when he told me that the faulty part was replaced, I expected to pay solely for the part, not for the labor, as I thought that their visit was complementary since it was a follow-up from their previous visit. They had not mentioned anything about another service fee charge. Had they mentioned that there would be another service fee, I may not have moved forward with that fix at that time. I contacted Cheyne and expressed my disappointment about this, and he was very fair and allowed me to go ahead and pay strictly for the part since I had not been made aware prior about the new service charge. That is why, even through this small snafu, I am still giving a five star review, because he and his team did a great job with their work, and in the moment of an issue, Cheyne was quick to fix it. All in all, I am very satisfied with Trustco's services, and I will definitely be recommending them and utilizing them again for my future electrical needs.
