Call Alex to go and inspect my senior mothers electrical issues. He drove out there tested two outlets said everything was fine and then demanded payment in full cash from her immediately. She has dementia and is unable to pay as we take care of it all. he then texted me very inappropriate and aggressive messages about paying him right away. I asked if he would check out a couple other things, and then he refused because I hadn't paid him in that moment. Very disappointing considering my mother is ill, and his service was very unprofessional. Ended up paying almost $400 for literally NOTHING.

I had Alex install 3 ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms. He quoted me a price which I felt was reasonable. Prior to the appointment of installation, Alex followed up to make sure we were still good to go. Alex showed up on the day of installation on time. His work is fast, accurate, and neat. They provided plastic wraps for debris collection & cleaned up nicely afterwards.
