Recently I had Tyler come and give me an estimate on how to get more power to my shed. After the estimate which was reasonable the project was a go. Lance and Adrain showed up and a couple of days project was completed.
Thanks to Lance and Adrian for a professional job and a walk through when the job was completed.

Quick, responsive, informative. Haven't experienced customer service like that in a LONG time. Although the fix was probably rather simple, the visit was worth it because we were able to ask a bunch of questions we otherwise wouldn't have answers to! Would def use them again!

Pros:

1. Pricing was fair.
2. Customer service was great. The folks out in Trull Electric sent out Lucas yesterday to help out with a light fixture I was having problems with. I hired a general contractor/electrician before hand because I worked with them before and they were cheaper than Trull, but apparently, you get what you pay for.

Lucas was great because he was approachable. He handled the situation with zen like patience in answering all my questions. I installed my own lighting fixtures, switches and outlets so I knew enough to ask the right questions but not enough to handle this situation, but still, Lucas was able to help out and take care of the situation. In fact, I am more confident in Luca's work that the previous gentleman because I noticed that Lucas was more thorough in trying to find out the cause of the problem.

Cons: I wish they had better hours and they were open during the weekends. But no-one is perfect. lol.

The entire team is professional and willing to go an extra mile to please their happy customer. I had been given an estimate for specific work, and my adding other miscellaneous jobs didn't increase my bill. The work they do is exceptional and expedient. I am very pleased and will certainly be contacting them for all of my electrical needs. My 1930's home always needs upgrades and electric safety is a necessity. The pricing is definitely fair.

Absolutely, hands down, the most professional company I have dealt with in many years!! I had a 50amp box installed to plug my RV into. Everyone else wanted to run conduit down the side of my house. Trull Electric went above and beyond to run the wiring into my attic, making all the wiring unseen. The price was lower than every other quote I received to do this job.

If you need an electrician, look no further. These are the folks to call!!!

We're very happy with Trull Electric. Times are very trying right now due to COVID-19 and I was expecting a little difficulty in getting my outdoor/pool receptacle fixed. Our experience was just the opposite of difficult, it was very smooth and easy experience. They sent a electrician out fast to diagnose the problem and issue was fixed quickly. Tyler went above and beyond, not only fixed our initial problem but fixed our pool light as well. I'm very happy with the great and professional service and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Recently we had an emergency electrical issue that left tenants of ours without power. Trull Electric responded quickly and was honest and fair in pricing, even though we were just desperate to find someone available on a holiday weekend. The repair was done quicker than expected. Obviously things don't ever seem to work out that way, but the forethought Tyler seemed to have in bringing certain items to the job really helped the time frame. Very grateful for his work!

I called Trull and left a message. They called me back within the hour and were at my house 15 min later. Very courteous and professional. Turned out to be a very simple issue and was corrected quickly. With the overall experience, i would highly recommend them and will definitely call them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Trull Electric. I was having a problem with some electrical outlets in my garage. Some worked, and some didn't. ? My garage door wasn't working either. I've heard good things about Trull, so I gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come out the same day. Tyler was trying to trace how everything was wired/connected. It was a little strange to say the least. Tyler said he was going to have to go up into the attic, and check everything out up there. This was when we were having the 110 + degree days He had some other jobs he was working on, and obviously mine wasn't a dire emergency, so we arranged for him to come back in a couple of days. Because of the heat, I told him, if he wants to be here at 6am, that was fine with me.
He showed up @ the agreed upon time, and by the way, he was RIGHT ON TIME. That doesn't always happen. Anyhow, as it turned out, he thankfully didn't have to go into the attic. He traced the problem to this disturbing electrical outlet.
