This tech did fix the problem which had nothing to do with electricity. The hose needed a foam or plastic seal. It was a very expensive project for the actual cost of the work. He told me ""I was paying for his expertise "". In a sense it was true but there are companies that would have valued it differently to get a repeat customer. At the end of the my dryer is working.
