They responded quickly to my online request for a quote. They showed up to my home quickly after I decided to hire them. They don't charge a ""traveling fee"" which seems like more various trade type companies are trying to do these days. Their hourly rate was more reasonable as compared to a few other quotes I got. My only negative viewpoint is that they charge a extra $ 6.50 fee just for using a credit card payment. I'm not sure if I had a option for a personal check?

Found my go to electrician! Needed requiring of an old house. Came next day after I called, John was very informative and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Did excellent work and was extremely efficient. Stayed on the low end of the estimate. Usually use cash job guys but this was such a good estimate will use these guys for the guaranteed professionalism and quality.

Used true power to fix some issues at my moms house. Other companies wanted to charge the same rate but insisted on 4 hour minimum. Thats crazy! Paying for 4 hours for a job that took 30 minutes. Josh, the electrician came in, fixed the wiring and installed two ceiling fixtures with time to spare. He even asked if there was anything else he could do. My only regret is not having gotten more fixtures and replacing all the old ones. I will definitely be using these guys again, Josh was awesome.

Our ceiling fan with light came loose, which hangs over our bed in the master bedroom. I called yesterday afternoon, and Peter gave great advice, I was able to secure an appointment window for today and he requested I text my info. Very efficient, and I especially love that they serve the Waianae community. I forgot his name that came through today to my appointment. I want to call him Joshua, but I can't be certain. He was very informative, very quick, and friendly.

Two outlets were replaced, and a pull chain light fixture I purchased was installed.

I had 2 outdoor GFI outlets that lost power, and True Power responded immediately to my request for services. John was the electrician assigned to us, and he was very courteous and professional, clearly explained the issues to me and what was needed to resolve them. He worked very efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I can tell that he takes pride in what he does, which is so nice to see. I will definitely be using True Power for our future electrical needs.
