Peter was very easy and professional to deal with. Texts to let you know when they are on their way and when the job is done so you can have that for your records. You can tell he is honest and has integrity and even suggested I donate the replaced fans that were still working rather than just throwing them away. Pricing was completely fair and in line with what other legitimate electricians quoted me.
*As a heads up, the first company I contacted is the one that has the most positive reviews on Yelp and that was a horrible experience. I feel scammed. They charged a $200 assessment fee to come out before they would even quote me and when they did give me the quote it was FIVE TIMES the going rate. Now I'm supposed to pay $200 for 5 minutes for their insanely high quote.

I'm so glad I turned them down and went with Peter at True Power Electrical Services. I will definitely consider this company in the future. It's a small island. Integrity is everything.

I asked him for guidance and help with choosing and installing light fixtures and dimmable outlet switches.

I had a main kitchen LED dimmable light installed along with two hallway LED lights installed. He set up a time to pick up the items and then set up another time to install the items.

The work that was done was professional and quick.

We have already made plans for more work to be completed! I will absolutely recommend Peter and his business to friends and family.

Peter responded quickly to my request, even though it was on a holiday, and we scheduled the service for the next working day. He arrived even earlier than what he had estimated and was very thorough in troubleshooting the system. Unfortunately, it wasn't something that he could fix, but he was able to determine that a short had developed inside of our microwave. He suggested contacting the manufacturer because the microwave is recently out of warranty and should last longer trouble free than what it has.

Peter replied to my inquiry quickly and was very accommodating. I communicated my issue and he predicted what the problem might be. To make things even better he said he was available that same day. So I accepted his estimate and gave him the business. He came by, inspected and as he predicted found the problem and fixed it. His price was reasonable and service was excellent. I don't easily give out 5 stars, so call him if you need an electrician.

Absolutely amazing! Response very quickly and communicates very well. He changed every single outlet in my house 40+ of them, installed 5 new ceiling fans, installed all new vanity lights in all my bathrooms, installed hallway light fixtures and more. It was a big job and he showed up on time and took care of everything. Very professional, but also relatable and that's what made me feel even more comfortable. Definitely hiring him for more work.
