Greetings! I’m Aaron, the owner of True Light Electric. I am a licensed electrician with over 15+ years of experience in residential and commercial electrical services, my wife and I operate this business and serve the entire EDC area. Customers often share with me that they appreciate my clear communication when addressing problems or diagnosing situations. Although I’m a business owner, I understand that I am human—I recognize the financial limitations that come with choices about upgrades and remodels. My approach with making sure you are securely up to code, and then we can work together based on what works your budget. Additionally, I am happy to advise new home buyers on which improvements are necessary for safety, compared to those that can be postponed.

I pride myself on being trustworthy, dedicated, reliable, and I stand by the integrity of my work. Believe me, I am invested more about your electrical systems than you might! So you have a small issue that needs attention or you’re considering a full remodel, don’t hesitate to call me.

Back in 2016, my wife and I launched the business in San Diego, where we were living at the time. With little advertising besides NextDoor, the business began to grow, and I soon had an abundance of projects than I could manage! Then, we took an occupational detour and moved to Placerville, where I worked as a Camp Director. I obtained my C-10 electrical contractor's license in 2019, and I have maintained all my certifications current, but it wasn’t until this year that I chose to reopen True Light Electric to serve the greater EDC area (which is the reason there are currently no reviews—previous reviews from San Diego couldn’t be transferred due to Yelp's policies). I take pride in serving the local community, and I’m looking forward to doing business here in this community.
