Earlier this summer, Tony (""Anthony"") and his apprentice added a dedicated line and installed a quad GFCI plug for my above-ground pool equipment (a pool pump, chlorinator, and pool lights). They made sure the two extra large plugs fit into the weather box and without covering up the two remaining plugs in the box. Tony also did a good job of explaining my options and the pros and cons, including price, of each one so that I could make an informed decision. I couldn't be happier with how this work turned out, and the price was well worth the convenience of having GFCI plugs in exact place I need them. I contacted Tony, had him come out to look at the project and provide the options, and had all of the work done all within the same week, which was super nice since I was on a time crunch to have the pool up and running. They quoted me a flat-rate for a video doorbell and floodlight installation which was very competitive and much more reasonable and honest compared to the competitors. Tony, and his crew of Robert, and Jerry, are awesome. I contacted True Electric Services to add a new sub panel to my garage for a workshop. Tony came out, gave the project a review, and sent me two estimates: one the most cost effective for what I was looking for, and one that was higher but had some future expansion ability in the panel. Went over the pros/cons of each with me. Both were very reasonable, and I accepted one last Sunday and work started today.

The guys were quick and efficient, and didn't mind my questions. They seemed honestly interested in educating as well as performing the work. There were some unexpected challenges due to the sheer scope of the project, and the team was excellent at adapting and overcoming those to finish the job on schedule.

Really can't say enough great things about Tony, the crew, and all of True Electric Services and very highly recommend them.

After being quoted almost $200 to check on a circuit breaker that needed reseated, it was refreshing for Tony to say it would only be $65. Then he came out and it didn't need to be fixed at all! We also had him install 3 sconces on the front of the house. He did an excellent job and charged less than the other contractors. Will definitely be scheduling him again for a few more fixtures we need installed!
