They were knowledgeable and made sure I understood their answers when I asked questions. They were super friendly and cleaned up as they went. I would recommend them to any one that needs any electrical work.

The worst experience I had since I've moved to this area. So unprofessional. The worst ever.
The service manager called me and begged me to continue with their service tech. I said no because I don't like liars. The point here is this business is not getting my money. I choose to go with a more responsible company.
Brad S.I can't even give 1 star. Called to install a dimmer switch. Ordinarily a 5 minute $60 job at best.
However, this company views customers as marks for upselling before they do any work. My guy wouldn't touch the dimmer before opening and taking apart my fuse box trying to upsell whole house rewiring.
Also went outside to inspect breaker box, again dire warnings of upgrades needed.
Then, he went to his truck and sat 45 minutes writing estimates. Comes back with $36k to rewire.
I asked how much to install the dimmer I called about: $650.
I had to pay $50 for a service fee just to get him out of the house. He never did install the dimmer.
UPDATED RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER:
Because of your visit, I hired another licensed certified electrician to inspect my South Tampa house. He reported no problems with anything identified as faulty by your technician, and no immediate need to replace cloth wiring unless it ever becomes an issue during future resale. He also installed the dimmer for free. 3 minutes.

It's never fun to need an electrician but when I do, I'm calling Tru-Line. They earned my loyalty.
Very disappointed to hear that they are charging a dispatch fee to give a quote on work done. There is no mention of this anywhere on their info pages. All the positive reviews prompted us to call for a quote to install electrical for a hot tub as well as 2 additional lines in a work room. I've not run into this with any other company. If you are charging a fee, you should at least mention it in your advertising.

We have been more than pleased with the customer service and job done by Gabriel gottschalk and the professionalism in the office when we called for an estimate. There estimate price is more than fair and they were even early for the appointment they had set. I would definitely recommend this company if your looking for an electrician.
I have used this company once before. Today as last time the technician arrived on time and provided an estimate for all three items I wanted done. (He was wearing a mask and covers for his feet to not get the floor dirty.) The prices were good and he was able to do the work today. I'm very satisfied with the scheduling, service the time line. I have installations of fans and lights in the future and will use this company for the work. I recommend them.
John G.Competent technicians and fair prices. Extreme care in protecting customer and employee health especially during the Covid pandemic. Hung two ceiling fans, added GFI plugs, and even replaced an impossible to reach light bulb for me.
