I've been building an addition onto my home and was needing electrical for a mini split ac unit. Damian and Walter came out and figured out the game plan of what I needed to have done and was able to do the work the same day.
This included having to crawl into my very tiny attic space to run wires to the other side of the house. They were efficient, clean, organized and very friendly! I'm grateful to know the work was done accurately and that they really knew what they were doing and now I have working AC! Thank you!! Will be using this company for future projects!

Had Kyle their electrician give me a quote that was twice as much as other competitors. Additionally Kyle wanted to make a slick comment about why don't I install it myself. Because I'm too busy installing substations Kyle, worry about your own business before you worry about my timeline or projects. Rude, overpriced, and charged me for a service call even though Google states free estimates.

Their office reached out immediately to schedule an appointment for a consultation. They were friendly and professional. The electrician that came quickly diagnosed the issue and, based on what he uncovered, he looked a little further and found a couple other safety concerns that needed attention. He advised us of all costs prior to beginning any work, and didn't use any high pressure sales techniques for the additional services. Overall great experience. We would definitely use again should the need arise.

This is the second time that we have use Tru-Line electric. They are one of our most favorite companies to work with. Our most recent visit was with Damian Soto. We asked to use our free whole house inspection to make sure that we were in a good place with a pool and spa being done this year. Just like the last time for another electrical update, he showed me the things that we needed to address immediately and the recommendations that will can wait for closer to the pool. He provided several options that were affordable and clear to understand. We did the most critical ones first and are saving the others to be done in the near future.

Best part is our warranty and guaranteed customer care approach. Thank you Tru-Line

I attempted a light bulb change on my 25 ft living room ceiling in the past. It didn't turn out so good. So when I wanted to replace a chandelier in our entryway, change the baffle trim on my canned lights on really tall ceilings, and hang a fan with a 6ft downrod from the same high ceilings, I needed a pro. They were very responsive and their tech was friendly and helpful due on the estimate giving multiple options and recommendations based on what they saw. The work was able to be scheduled within a week of me agreeing to the work. They were on time, friendly, and did great work for a good price. Highly recommended!

Damien was willing to come at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon when an electrical issue was discovered due to a water heater failure. He assessed the damage and explained options available for repair...the repairs have since been made by Damien and 2 other great guys so that I am no longer living in a safety hazard! Thank you all for the great service!!!

I depend on Yelp reviews for professional trade services and Tru-Line made the grade! Becca in the office is on top of it all. Jerry arrived just two hours after my initial call to office. Corrected an issue on my electric panel breaker box and installed replacement switch in the bathroom. Fast. Responsive. Professional. Certainly recommended.

We scheduled an appointment on 1/4/23. They showed up on 1/3/23 , a day early. The reason we called them was 2 bad outlets inside the house. The tech spent 3 min looking at the outlets, no checking. He proceeded to our Main Panel. He spent about 8 min in the panel first saying it looked great !! He was on his phone the whole time while in the panel, so actual work time was 4 min. The phone call was letting him know he had come a day early and was supposed to be at another location. He spent 10 min in his truck putting together estimates based on his 7 min of work. I was informed they would HAPPILY replace my main panel for $4,000, or my breakers only for $2,100 neither of which would address my 2 bad outlets. OR , he would come back on the 4th as scheduled and for $350 investigate my outlets. The the CHERRY on the pie .... I owed a $50 dispatch fee for him coming a day early and likely another $50 dispatch if he DID return on the 4th. We cut our losses and canceled the return appointment. Anyone reading this will see the manager will respond. He will try to EXPLAIN away the issues as he always does. Look at all the bad reviews and you will see a trend. Is there multiple crazy people out to get Tru-Line , or simply poor service being glossed over by BAD management ???

Called for an estimate on burned electrical panel. They could not repair for a week and advised no permit was required and we could continue using power except for the dryer. The AC breaker was destroyed and wires burnt. we called another company and they advised replacing the panel box and bringing our home up to the 2020 electrical code, and yes, a county permit is required. We called True Line and advised they were not needed. They advised we owed them $400 for the estimate visit. Maybe the county needs to check their records for work completed without a permit. Also, the estimator doesn't know the background of the individual their trying to BS. I wasn't home for the estimate by Tru Line but my wife had notes of what was recommended. Keeping on the power to the electrical panel for a week with burnt bus bars, wires and weakened breakers was a disaster waiting. I'm retired, trained in military aircraft electronics, code enforcement, and project manager in the repair of 13 condominium buildings after Wilma in 2006.
