Fantastic service. They were on time and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the problem, ways to fix it and the applicable code requirements. When the work was done, they even cleaned up the dirt and trash that was not theirs.

It's never fun to need an electrician but when I do, I'm calling Tru-Line. They earned my loyalty.

Very disappointed to hear that they are charging a dispatch fee to give a quote on work done. There is no mention of this anywhere on their info pages. All the positive reviews prompted us to call for a quote to install electrical for a hot tub as well as 2 additional lines in a work room. I've not run into this with any other company. If you are charging a fee, you should at least mention it in your advertising.

They are very careful in the mask wearing and conscious of the covid 19 edict.
We have been more than pleased with the customer service and job done by Gabriel gottschalk and the professionalism in the office when we called for an estimate. There estimate price is more than fair and they were even early for the appointment they had set. I would definitely recommend this company if your looking for an electrician.

I have used this company once before. Today as last time the technician arrived on time and provided an estimate for all three items I wanted done. (He was wearing a mask and covers for his feet to not get the floor dirty.) The prices were good and he was able to do the work today. I'm very satisfied with the scheduling, service the time line. I have installations of fans and lights in the future and will use this company for the work. I recommend them.

Competent technicians and fair prices. Extreme care in protecting customer and employee health especially during the Covid pandemic. Hung two ceiling fans, added GFI plugs, and even replaced an impossible to reach light bulb for me.

I needed an exhaust fan installed in my garage and was able to set up an appt within a few days which was convenient. They gave me a window of 830-1130am for the appt and their staff Gabriel arrived at 830 sharp. He was professional and explained my installation options and gave a price quote before any work was performed. A few hours later it was installed perfectly and I could already feel the cooling effect in the garage. Overall I'm very pleased with TruLine and Gabriel, and would contact them in the future for any electrical needs.

If there were 10 stars I would choose 10! What a wonderful, honest, professional and hardworking group of people at Tru-Line Electric. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel and Sean when they came to give us an estimate to replace our old and outdated elec panel. From the beginning when they did the estimate, to 3 months later (our choice of dates - they would have done it sooner) when they installed the new panel, our experience with them was outstanding.

We were always in communication with the office and Diego (owner) to schedule our install since we were coming from out of state. Gabe & Sean arrived on time, just as they promised. They worked really hard, and coordinated with Duke Elec to ensure our electric would be off and then on when needed. They are neat and clean and so personable.

I know construction and home repairs are supposed to be a nightmare, but NOT with Tru-Line and these two gentlemen. They know what they are doing, they work super well together, and were very polite. I truly enjoyed chatting with them, and they explained what they did and how other parts of the house might need updating later on (which we were planning to do at some point anyway). The good thing is we know who to use for ALL our electric needs.

They made sure to be there when Duke Elec came to inspect and Once the job was done they cleaned everything and were nice enough to let me take some pictures with my ""new sons"" Diego & Sean. I was impressed that Diego also stopped by to check in on the job, and the weather was getting ugly - so he pitched in and helped some on the outdoor part. But being Florida, the clouds went away and we had a beautiful day. We were very comfortable having them in our home, they treated it and us with the utmost respect! So glad i called Tru-Line Electric! The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly! They will complete all electrical services that you may need including TV mounting. They hid all cables for all my 3 TVs behind the wall which made the end result fantastic. Highly recommend them!

Had an outlet in the middle of the night that was smoking and melting. This morning when I started calling electricians, most didn't even pick up or couldn't come out today.

Diego and Sean were courteous and professional. They arrived when they said they would and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. They also checked all our other outlets and Panel for issues.
