Tish D.I've used Tru Choice a few times over the last few years. I've had Jarvis come out when my heat went out and I consider that an emergency. As well as when my A/C went out, which in this Georgia heat I feel that can also be classified as emergency status.
A couple of years ago my hot water heater (in the attic) was leaking and had to be replaced. Jarvis rescued me again with a timely response and a very competitive price. He's always been quick to respond and got me on the schedule without much wait time.

LR B.So my air went out recently, and even though it's not summer yet IT WAS HAWT. The house thermometer read 92 and I could not stand being upstairs any longer. I was trying to hold off turning the AC on until the first day of summer, but the way GA weather is set up......*le sigh*
I thought it would be as easy as just switching the thermostat from heat to cool. Nope. I clicked it to cool and NOTHING happened. Not one single sound. Not one piece of cool air blew. Not one single piece of cooling relief in sight!
It was after 5:30 and most places are shutting down for the evening, so I'm frantic because I refuse to try to sleep in a 90+ degree house. Was not going to do it. Nope.
I started my search with a cry for help on FB. One of my cool ass friends referred Tru Choice. I called and explained my ""heated"" situation and practically begged for an immediate appointment. But Mr. Smith was sooooooooooo nice. He told me that he would be able to come within 30-45 minutes. And get this, he showed up ON TIME! He was professional, had a reasonable on call fee, and had my air up and running within 20 mins of arriving!!!!
Now I am sure that I will probably have a need for his services again, just the perks of being a home owner. But I was ALL TOO GLAD to spend money for much needed comfort in my home.
