the employees that installed our electric car charger were great.
BUT - we wanted to submit for the LADWP rebate ($1000-$1500)
and Trout could not provide us with a proper receipt.
How is a legit company not able to provide a customer with a receipt!
So after multiple communications, with no results, LADWP did not accept the ""receipt"" that Trout provided. So we lost out on that sufficient rebate.

I highly recommend Trout Electric for your electrical needs. They were originally recommended to me by Tesla to install an electrical box for my car. They were professional, reasonably priced, prompt, and did quality work. I recently had them come out to troubleshoot an electrical problem I was having. They could have easily recommended services we did not need but didn't. I plan on calling them for any electrical issues I have.

Excellent service and knowledge. Had a rodent chew up some of sheathing in the main electrical panel that needed to be fixed for an upcoming solar installation inspection. Mat gave his recommendation and provided suggestions to fix the issue to prevent it from happenning again as if it were his own home which I really appreciated. Our experience with Trout Electric of Riverside was awesome!! Aaron Genty went above and beyond for us. We were so pleased with the results. This company really deserves their high ratings. Aaron was so courteous and helpful. We had an unusual situation. I needed electrical work on a for sale property. He helped me every step of the way, even with choosing the perfect ceiling fan from the store. The office people for Trout Electric are so nice. Everyone at Trout Electric is just lovely, efficient, knowledgeable people who get the job done, really well, and with courtesy too!!! Also, give Aaron a raise please, he's a really valuable employee!
