Let me just tell you, I am over the moon about my interactions with this company. I needed an adapter or a wall charger installed for my Tesla and found them initially on Tesla's website and then of course I came to Yelp before reaching out. My first point of contact was a gentleman name Matt. Matt was so patient and helpful and responsive to my questions. I know very little about electricity and he was explaining the process in Laymans terms because my home was built in the 90s and not equipped necessarily for electric vehicle charging. And we spoke back-and-forth a couple of times throughout the day and finally figured out what the best option would be for me and scheduled an appointment for the following week. The electricians Aaron and another Matt came out to do the installation of the receptacle for the adapter because that was a better fit than the wall charger. They were very nice as well. Very professional and efficient. Explain the process as they went along. They did have to do some cutting of the right drywall to run it from my laundry room to the garage which is connected by one wall. They re-inserted the 4""x4"" pieces that they cut out so that I could patch up the areas. They cleaned up behind themselves. I was very thrilled with the whole process. I would highly recommend them their services. And when I am ready to upgrade to a 200 amp panel, which probably won't be for about another year or so, I will definitely reach out to them to do the work. Great job and great service!

These guys just do awesome work! Had Trout Electric come out today to install a 14-50 outlet in my garage. The technician that installed the outlet was named Robert. This guy was meticulous in everything he was doing to install the conduit and outlet. This tech was friendly to deal with from start to finish.

In a new development the builders decided to put the 4 pin light bulbs in the recess lighting for the kitchen. They were good until the light bulbs died after 6 years. After looking up how to replace the bulb and realizing these are not readily available, I decided to switch them out for LED. Used Yelp to ask for a quote, received a fast response from the owner. He mentioned that those lights are a pain to change and quoted me $98 per light. They are busy so be prepared to wait a bit. Waited around 10 days before they came. Once they arrived they gave me the same quote but had to go to their warehouse to get the LED lights. That was the only downside is that they didn't have the lights with them. However they worked quickly and in about 3 hours I had brand new LED lights. They even cleaned up the place really well before they left. Overall I'm a satisfied customer who's happy to have a well lit kitchen.

These guys deserve a perfect rating for their excellent service. Everyone in the team (from the owner, technicians , customer support) is very responsive. They are trustworthy and professional. You will get the same level of excellent service from the moment you ask for a quote even months after service is completed. I would highly recommend these guys.

Giving Trout Electric 5 stars for their fabulous service a few days ago.

First, I want to say I am grateful to the field manager for waiving my emergency after hours fee. This company shows compassion and empathy for their customers.

I had an appointment with a different electrical company based on a reference given to me by my neighbor. Well, that reference was the WORST EVER. That company stood me up on my appointment and left me scrambling around last minute trying to figure out what to do. They canceled because their tech was called to do a job at a mall and canceled on me without any type of communication and left me worried and wondering where they were 3 hours later. Long story short. They stood me up and didn't care.

Trout electric came to my rescue. TROUT ELECTRIC IS WONDERFUL! They came out after hearing my story that I was left high and dry by another company. it was an emergency service that needed attention. I desperately needed to fix a power issue to my fish room, which houses 7 aquariums which I have poured a ton of money into and could not bare to lose any of my fish and 5 fresh water shrimp colonies.

Trout electric not only came out promptly to get power up and running for my life support systems, they helped me get more power to that room so that in the future, I wouldn't have any circuit issues.

They came to my aid and honestly, they saved me from losing a thousand dollars in fish and shrimps.

Gil and Shane arrived on schedule time. They were professional , courtesy, and follow Covid-19 guidelines. After reviewing the setup, they provided all the necessary information and options for me to make a sound decision. I am always very happy with the outcome when using Trout Electric, similar to my previous experience with the installation of the Tesla Charger, I am planning to continue using their services when I am ever in need of electrician.

This morning Aaron and Gil came out to advise us regarding Tesla charging options for our on order Model Y. After listening to our driving habits, they recommended an appropriate solution and installed a NEMA 14-50 power outlet and a 20/40 quad to make room in the breaker to power the new outlet and helped me order the Gen 2 NEMA Adapters we would need. They also reminded us to call SCE to change our plan to reflect we now had a an electric car. We were very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. We would highly recommend Gil and Aaron and Trout Electric.
