Zero star if that was possible. Absolutely terrible customer service and the system is faulty all the time: the central fire alarm system would beep very loudly every 7 seconds during the middle of the night when nothing was going on. We called the customer service and were told that the system was normal. We had to get up from bed at middle of the night to silence the alarm almost EVERY NIGHT. So be prepared to buy and use ear plugs every night if you want to use their service as our calls and emails were ignored and the company did not show any respect to customers. Stay away!

Their alarm systems are pretty archaic - pathetic smartphone app and very cheap keyboards (no display). Customer service wise only slightly better than the big name alarm companies to deal with.

Great service. It was a little confusing getting the tech sent out to our house, but ultimately the job got done to our satisfaction (fixing an outlet). The tech not only fixed it, but also found the source of the problem too. Efficient, not too expensive, and professional. Thanks Stefan!

Had new washing machine & dryer delivered in an afternoon only to find out that the 220 outlet did not meet code. After not having a these appliances for a week need electrician fast. Looked at Yelp and called one high rated electrician and their response to my sense of urgency: will send estimator out in 1 to 2 days price the job and if I agreed with estimate electrician would be out in 1 or 2 more days. Thanks but no thanks. I called Trojan about 4:30 pm they listened to my issue and they had an electrician to my house 7 am the next morning & receptacle replaced in 30 minutes. WOW! These guys are great. Would call them again with hopefully with no ""emergency"". Call Trojan.

This business was recommended to me by the contractor that built my home. I have a very specialized lighting system in my home and I had not been able to find one electrician willing or able to fix a problem that I had been dealing with for over four years. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. The communication, work, and ease of scheduling will be a determining factor whenever I have another electrical job to do. Trojan Systems installed in-ceiling surround sound speakers in our family room and wired them to our home music/TV system early this year. Tom Martin and his crew exhibited a high degree of professionalism and skill and did a great job. The quality of the speakers they recommended is great, and we are extremely happy with the quality of sound when we watch TV, movies or listen to music.

I know that Trojan has a great reputation for residential alarm installations, but let me tell you about our experience with them and our commercial building. We had had another company install and service a fire sprinkler monitoring system for our shopping center building for about eight years. A vandal broke into the utility room and trashed the control panel. We had three companies bid on the repairs to the system. Tom Martin, the owner and manager of Trojan Systems, came out personally to check out the scope of the job and gave us the most competitive bid. Within a week he had the plans done, reviewed with the Fire District and had the entire system repaired and back on line. I highly recommend Tom and his company. Tom proved to me the company is just as good on commercial work as they are on residential.

We rarely require service, but when we have, Trojan Systems has been immediately responsive. Their customer service is excellent and their pricing always fair.
