Be careful!! I was told a low price before the job, then told to wait it might be about $100 more once the job is finished. I get a final amount that was over two hundred more than I was originally quoted. Don't bother with this company!!
UPDATE:
The owner himself called me just a few hours after job completion. He knew I was upset and had felt cheated. He explained two things: one, that the price charged was a fair and honest price. Two, that his technician had really messed up by not thoroughly explaining the price points throughout the job. Bottom line; Cero remained true to the integrity and honor of his company and made things right.

My A/C went out on a Sunday. Ciro contacted my same-day to do a phone-assessment of the problem in order to make sure he had the correct equipment the next day when he arrived. He nailed the diagnosis over the phone; he and Terry showed up the next day with the correct part and had my A/C up and running in about an hour. That was on Lundi Gras; which got us up and going just in time for Mardi Gras! Price was well worth it!

My AC went out in the middle of the night. I had just had it serviced for summer, and a capacitor replaced, but the fan capacitor was not replaced (hence, the issue). Called Trinity this morning, because I found the Yelp reviews. Ciro called and was here right after lunch!
15 minutes later, I feel the cool blissful air coming out of my vents again. Thank you Ciro for your quick response, your kindness, and explaining what the fan capacitor does/is. You are now my new AC / Heating company.

I contacted Trinity Home Services when our AC went out and after doing everything we could think of and had the ability to do to get it up and running nothing. Trinity was very easy to reach. I was able to speak to someone right away ( I didn't have to play the waiting game of leaving a voicemail and waiting for a return call). I was told a technician would contact me and I was contacted by Ciro and he was at my home within an hour. He was very professional and started accessing my ac unit right away, he checked both the outside unit and inside unit. He took his time and was thorough with his findings. He took the time out to show the different issues that should be addressed but didn't push to make me buy those things now. He addressed the main issue and was able to get my AC up and running. He was very fair and honest. I will definitely be keeping his number in my phone for any future AC needs!!!

I contacted Ciro last week regarding my a/c unit repair. He, Eric, and Ishmal all showed up at my home at the same time. It was very easy to get an appointment. Ciro was on the phone with my warranty company while Eric and and Ishmal were removing the part that needed to be replaced. They could not have been more fast and efficient. I appreciated how well Ciro communicated via phone and text. I definitely recommend Trinity Home Services and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Called and spoke with a technician regarding my air conditioning unit. It was blowing warm air. At the time the New Orleans area was in the wake of an internet and phone outage for Cox Customers, so finding an operating business was extremely difficult. I asked if he would be able to come by the same day, he replied yes. He obtained permission from my landlord to work on the unit and stated he was on the way to my address. Several hours passed and the technician hadn't shown. My landlord and I tried calling multiple times to get an estimated time of arrival. He wasn't answering the phone so I left a voicemail mail. An hour or so later I called from my second phone number and someone answered. What a coincidence! Sounded like the man I spoke with previously, but he insisted he was the ""answering service"". He asked my address and name and said a technician would call me back. I was about to leave a call back number, but he hung up before I had the chance. A complete waste of time. He could have simply refused the job if he had no intention on completing the work. Still have yet to hear back from anyone and I probably never will. Smh.

Ciro and his team are not only extremely responsive and professional, but also very trustworthy. They provided me with an honest assessment of my A/C situation, quoted me a fair price, and completed the work in a timely manner. Their emergency service is also A+. They are reliable and honest, and I would highly recommend them.

I came home from work on a Friday evening to find my AC was out. I found Trinity on Yelp and saw it was 24 hrs, so I called and they came out in about 2 hours ( they got stuck in Saints traffic)...John was knowledgeable and nice and fixed my issue quickly. I am so glad I found them because I can't sleep when it's 80 degrees in my house! I would definitely call them again.

It's really good that they work 24/7 and you can use their services anytime. People who work there are experienced professionals and their provide a broad spectrum of services such as repairs and installations.

We just bought our house recently, so we haven't established our go-to service places in this area yet and didn't know who to call when the outside AC unit quit working last week. My husband did some research and called Trinity based on their online reviews. He spoke to a woman and was told a tech would call him back to schedule the appointment. Almost as soon as he hung up with her the tech was calling, and they agreed on a time for the next morning.
I wasn't there during the appointment, so this is all second-hand information, but my husband was very pleased with their service. Ciro and Eddie came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave him a price, then he called me to discuss. We had done our own diagnostics the night before with help from google and youtube, and their assessment matched about what we thought the problem was. I'm a very budget-conscious accountant, so I had already done extensive research on the pricing for the possible repairs. In the end we determined that it seemed to be about a fair price for the work being done, so Eddie left to get the parts.
They also pointed out that the unit was absolutely filthy and needed cleaning as well (not surprising, we had to do similar cleaning to the inside ducts and all right after buying our house). Because this repair was already out of our budget, we may not have done the cleaning right away except the additional charge for it was only $75, so of course we did. It was definitely well worth it. My husband said Eddie showed him pictures afterwards of how gross it was and gave him some advice for keeping it clean in the future. He said that Eddie spent a really satisfying amount of time on his work--it was not too much, but not too rushed, and he very impressed with his thoroughness, especially in the cleaning. In the end we were also really glad that they had been so fast and accommodating. Less than 24 hours after we noticed a problem it was fixed (which matters a lot in June in Louisiana).
Overall we are satisfied with the work that was done and will keep them in mind for future needs, especially since they also do electrical work in addition to HVAC. This company was friendly, helpful, fast, knowledgeable, and did quality work. We're very glad we called them.
