Eddie was great, unfortunately only saw and spoke to him twice. We had them do it roof, foundation and an addition. Really, the amount of work they did for the price was great. I am giving them one star because of the quality and the frustrating arguments. First, Eddie would say he'd do something, then when I ask for it, via email (his wife Cecilia handles everything after the initial estimate) she tells me it's extra cost and additional work. Then, after everything was finished, with multiple problems a year later, I find out the waterproof underlayment is tucked under the metal drip flashing, I ask them to fix it. Surprisingly, they come out and offer to help fix it, however when I explain in clear English what exactly was wrong, they tell me everything is perfect and never I hear from them again. I sent them the manufacturer instructions for Owens Corning roofing and tell them the page number where it clearly states the underlayment goes over the metal drip flashing. I don't think they liked that.

Tldr: they great if on a budget and don't mind huge headaches the rest of the time you live in the house.

The service is fantastic, and the teams are knowledgeable, courteous, clean after themselves and wear Safety gear. We have called them twice already one for installing a flood light in our patio, and the second to install our new dishwasher.

We are extremely happy with both outcomes and whenever our next project comes, we will for sure give The Triana team a call!

During this quarantine there's not much to do. So I find myself doing some home repairs/remodeling. I have been wanting lighting in my patio area so I started to do a little research. I knew exactly what I wanted. Triana Electric came highly recommended by a relative. I called them up and immediately got an appointment for one of their technicians to come out and give me quote. The next day I met Louis he was very knowledgeable and courteous. You can tell he knew what he was doing. We walked around my patio area and initiated a plan. Although I knew what I wanted, he made his suggestions and they were actually pretty good. I hadn't even taught of adding lighting to my driveway and after his thourow explanation I went for it. I scheduled my appointment and within the next 3 days I had 2 technicians at my house ready to do the job. They showed up promptly at 8am and where done by 1pm! I was very satisfied with the outcome. I will most definitely recommend them!

Was having issues with a gfci protected outlet in my garage. Sent out a couple of quote request and Eddie T replied within minutes even though it was Labor Day weekend. After messaging back and forth we set a date for him to come look at the problem at no charge might I say. He came by, did some troubleshooting, and figured out a simple solution. In fact it was so simple he didn't even charge me. I'm super pleased that the problem is fixed and can setup my garage to watch football all weekend. I would highly recommend if you're having electrical issues at home. Thank you Eddie.

Triana Electric does a wonderful job. They are thorough and attentive to everything we needed for the renovations in our home. They were nothing but friendly and are very good at what they do.
