Where should I start? Tri-Star Electric was great to deal with from beginning to end. I started a renovation and realized halfway through that I wasn't getting what I expected. Tri Star Electric should be renamed to 0 Star. They installed 3 exterior Motion Lights on our home 2013. Have called/ messages left/ texted repeatedly for maintenance due to the fact they are no longer working properly. Absolutely have heard nothing from them. These lights are crucial for my well-being & safety.

Tri-Star Electric holds a special place in our hearts! We were without power for almost 3 days, and after 2 other electricians, John solved the problem. This occurred over the holidays, and it was freezing. We had no heat and trying to find someone to come out in the middle of the night was impossible. I called Tri-Star today because my garage lost power. My garage door would not close and my hot water heater was off. John walked me through (on the phone) checking my fuses and my GFI outlets. We were able to solve the mystery, without any service fees and within 15 minutes of me discovering the power outage.

What an incredible company. I recently had a unexplainable very dangerous electrical surge occurring from my electrical outlets frying my appliances. John arrived and patiently searched for the problem, fixed it, and the price was very reasonable. John is a gentleman and explains every detail of what he found wrong and what he was is doing. I have used Tri-star Electric in Temecula over the last 8 years and they still are the best!

I called on Friday before Memorial Day requesting a quote to have 3 outdoor lights installed outside my garage and two other fixtures replaced to match the new lights. John was kind and welcoming. He gave me a very fair quote and said the guys could be out the same day. When Hayden and his partner arrived 2-hours later they too were kind, polite, and professional. They explained everything in detail and completed the work quickly and extremely well. They left everything neat and clean once they were done. I told them then, if ever I need any other electrical work done I would call them in a heartbeat. Ironically, they had completed work for one of my neighbors a few years ago and thought she told me about them, she hadn't I actually took a chance and called them based on their reviews. I am pleased to report I was definitely pleased with their work and their way of conducting business. Bravo and thank you Tri-Star.

I called on 3/21 needing electrical repairs for my house. An appointment was scheduled for the next day between 11am and 2pm. They never showed up and never called. I called them at about 4pm that day to find out what happened. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and asked them to call me back. They have yet to call me back.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Haired to fix air conditioner, was promised to be fixed last night or first thing this morning. Not only did they not come out last night, nor this morning with out a courtesy call, I called several times wondering when AC was being fixed, never got a return phone call. Not only did they fix the wrong AC, they over charged, they flat out lied about the timing of service just to cover their A$$es, they gave the worst customer service ever. They were extremely rude, Unprofessional and very disrespectful. John who is the supervisor was extremely rude, and very defensive when I called him out on the lack of service Tri-Star Electric gives.
BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
This company tells you what you want to hear, takes your money and do a horrible job!!! THIS IS A WHAM BAM TAKE YOUR MONEY LOUSY JOB COMPANY!!

We have used Tri-Star electric several times over the past 20 years. My recent experience with them was just this past week. After having multiple burglaries at our home, we decided to call Tri-Star electric and have outdoor lighting installed around our home. John was awesome in educating us about the different types of lighting as well as the benefits the lights could provide. His crew came and did an awesome job on the install. They were very professional, reliable and fast! I would definitely recommend Tri-Star electric!
