I called on Friday before Memorial Day requesting a quote to have 3 outdoor lights installed outside my garage and two other fixtures replaced to match the new lights. John was kind and welcoming. He gave me a very fair quote and said the guys could be out the same day. When Hayden and his partner arrived 2-hours later they too were kind, polite, and professional. They explained everything in detail and completed the work quickly and extremely well. They left everything neat and clean once they were done. I told them then, if ever I need any other electrical work done I would call them in a heartbeat. Ironically, they had completed work for one of my neighbors a few years ago and thought she told me about them, she hadn't I actually took a chance and called them based on their reviews. I am pleased to report I was definitely pleased with their work and their way of conducting business. Bravo and thank you Tri-Star.

I called on 3/21 needing electrical repairs for my house. An appointment was scheduled for the next day between 11am and 2pm. They never showed up and never called. I called them at about 4pm that day to find out what happened. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and asked them to call me back. They have yet to call me back.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Haired to fix air conditioner, was promised to be fixed last night or first thing this morning. Not only did they not come out last night, nor this morning with out a courtesy call, I called several times wondering when AC was being fixed, never got a return phone call. Not only did they fix the wrong AC, they over charged, they flat out lied about the timing of service just to cover their A$$es, they gave the worst customer service ever. They were extremely rude, Unprofessional and very disrespectful. John who is the supervisor was extremely rude, and very defensive when I called him out on the lack of service Tri-Star Electric gives.
BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
This company tells you what you want to hear, takes your money and do a horrible job!!! THIS IS A WHAM BAM TAKE YOUR MONEY LOUSY JOB COMPANY!!

We have used Tri-Star electric several times over the past 20 years. My recent experience with them was just this past week. After having multiple burglaries at our home, we decided to call Tri-Star electric and have outdoor lighting installed around our home. John was awesome in educating us about the different types of lighting as well as the benefits the lights could provide. His crew came and did an awesome job on the install. They were very professional, reliable and fast! I would definitely recommend Tri-Star electric!

What a pleasant experience it was to work with John and his amazing staff. I needed electrical run to my outdoor BBQ so I was referred to Tri-Star. He also took out a few hanging chandeliers and put can lights in, fixed a fan, and installed recess lighting in my kitchen. His staff was always courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. His prices were fair and I have piece of mind that everything was done correctly! I will definitely be calling John again when we are ready to replace our AC units and any other electrical issues that may come up. Thanks for everything!!!

John treats you as professional as it gets. If you can get away with a small repair he will do it and not try to sell you something you don't need. I have used him several times and he is on time and prices fair.
