Tri Phase did an excellent job, start to finish. They coordinated the City of Merced inspections, PGE and planning/estimating as well as procurement of all parts. Good price on the service upgrade, and the estimate was exactly what I ended up paying. They also worked around a particular scheduling issue that I had, that limited the time frame for the work.
