I serve as the Project Manager for our installation projects here at Tri-Lite Solutions, I manage installations for homes and businesses.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work in the industry, and I also value to collaborate with our skilled team, having previously worked two major residential service firms in Houston, wherein clients are given dedicated care, yet employees can feel physically and mentally drained. They waited while i ran to Home Depot and got the new fan a downrod. They took their lunch break while I was gone so as not to bill me for extra hours!!!! Then did a masterful job of instalation for $100. INCREDIBLE!!!!

He arrived on time and kept me updated when he was en route. He and his apprentice were quick and knowledgeable. They replaced my pendant within 30 minutes and even hauled the old one off with them at my request. The pendant looks great! I definitely recommend them.
