They waited while i ran to Home Depot and got the new fan a downrod. They took their lunch break while I was gone so as not to bill me for extra hours!!!! Then did a masterful job of instalation for $100. INCREDIBLE!!!!

Not only were Christopher and Samuel there that same day, but they were excellent in their knowledge of what was wrong and how to fix it. They diagnosed and fixed the issue rapidly and even explained why it happened and how to fix it as they were repairing. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Would 100% call again with any electrical issues. Price was cheaper than expected as well!
