As the Project Manager for our installation projects with Tri-Lite Solutions, I manage projects in both commercial and residential sectors.

They waited while i ran to Home Depot and got the new fan a downrod. They took their lunch break while I was gone so as not to bill me for extra hours!!!! Then did a masterful job of instalation for $100. INCREDIBLE!!!!

They diagnosed and fixed the issue rapidly and even explained why it happened and how to fix it as they were repairing. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Would 100% call again with any electrical issues. Price was cheaper than expected as well!
