Nick and his crew re-wired my entire kitchen and installed a brand new Solar ready panel. Nick wore his mask the entire time making my family and I feel very safe during a pandemic. He also added canned lighting to my kitchen, under cabinet lighting, USB charging outlets, installed new outlets for my refrigerator, dishwasher, oven microwave and stove. He explained The entire process and stayed on budget! Thank you Tri City Electrical!

We had 3 ceiling light/fans go out. we called Tri City Electrical Contractors Friday night and Nick came out on Saturday and took care of the problems. He was very professional and he even wore shoe covers as to not track dirt! Will definitely use this company again!

We are an engineering company located in San Marcos and we needed some extensive electrical work done. Nick and his team were extremely professional and completed the work in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. We highly recommend Tri City Electrical.

My regular electrician was on vacation so I tried Tri-city to investigate a potential outlet issue. They lose one star right out of the gate for being more than an hour late. They lose another star for not having the courtesy to call and give a ""heads up"" they were running behind. It was well past 3pm when I got ahold of somebody and inquired what time our 1:30 appointment was actually going to happen.
The electrician needed to cut a six inch hole in the drywall to investigate. Upon which he determined the outlet was not damaged and most likely one of the tenants kids had charred the wall on the outside. Cutting a small hole into drywall takes all of five minutes to do, add another ten minutes to examine the area and offer his professional opinion. So why is there a 1.5 hour charge for $85 when there was 15 minutes of work performed? Fail... Another star gone. I understand time is money (even though I didn't charge them the hour and half they were late) and I wouldn't mind paying the gentlemen even for a full hour for the 15 minutes of work, but $85 for 15 minutes when the guy already wasted more than an hour of my time is just bad form.
I have found some quality guys on yelp who do great work on time and earn a customer rather that a service call. I refer these professionals to many in the neighborhood.I think this is a better business model and although I believe this company to be competent, they aren't going to earn customers by missing appointments and nickel and diming people for service calls.

I needed a electritian for some emergency at my house and this was on a weekend i called tri city electric contractor and he answered the phone and helped me over the phone and when i couldnt figure it out then he came by and fixed my problem thanks nick for your help

We reconfigured 24 CNC mill and lathe machines at our machine shop. Nick at Tri-city and his crew did a FANTASTIC job and in a hurry. They are true professionals and are a class act. I would hire them for any commercial or residential job. They are a small family own business and take great pride in their work.

I hired Nick to install 2 electrical outlets for flat panel TV's, 2 outlets for our attic and to install and relocate a two ceiling fans. I had a time constraint as I had another contractor coming in to paint. Nick got me the estimate back quickly and was on the job in no time!
Nick showed up exactly when he said he would, and was able to start my job right away. He was very, nice, polite and clean. He was very, communicative as well. Whenever he had to troubleshoot an unforeseen problem he was very conscientious to make sure that I understood what was going to happen, and didn't seem to have a problem explaining it to me four hundred different ways so that I could understand.
Overall I would definitely hire Nick again. Price was right too!!
