Alex from Treehouse was courteous, quick, and efficient. The whole process took about 2 hours to install an electric car charger and was well within the quoted time of work. It was installed in the location of my choose and he even tried to get it as close to the garage door so that I may charge my car outside as well. Overall very pleased.

HORRIBLE Service/horrible job! I personally would never invest in this company because I could see the liability coming down the pipeline due to their failure to stand by the quality of their work in my own home. If I could give negative stars I would! Treehouse was contracted to install my new EV home charge for my 2024 BMW i7. Instead of it being an exciting experience, their technician cut a large gaping hole in my wall and attempted to cover it up by putting globs of spackle over it, leaving a hole and cuts in my wall which were not present previously. To add insult to injury, I patiently waited 2 months for Treehouse to do the right thing and send a qualified technician to make the repairs to my wall. Not only did Treehouse not offer to do this, but instead offered a mere $175 gift card and refund of $75.00 deposit despite the fact that the damage done to my walls by their contracted technician well exceeds that. I will not be accepting the gift card and highly discourage anyone to use their services. They claim to stand by their work by offering a 1 year labor warranty on their work. However, Treehouse did everything BUT stand by the quality of their workmanship in sending a qualified technician out to make the repairs for the damage done by their installation! I paid $2499.03 for Treehouse's install just to get left with a $1000+ worth of damages to my home! Claiming to deliver a ""Delightful experience"" is laughable. Claiming to offer a ""warranty"" is even more laughable since Treehouse did just the opposite and did not come and repair the damages left to my property during their install. My experience was personally horrible and my home is left in disrepair!
